Larson was not surprised that his identity was discovered.

The surrounding navy had guns pointed at Larson and Marco, ready to pull the trigger at Sengoku's command.

Larson closed his eyes, and in an instant, dazzling golden light emanated from him, causing Sengoku's expression to freeze once again.

He saw Larson's body covered in golden light, growing larger and larger until, in the blink of an eye, he matched the size and form of Sengoku.

"Impossible! How can you have the same ability as me?!"

At that moment, Sengoku couldn't believe his eyes. Devil Fruits would typically only reappear after the user's death. However, the scene in front of him completely defied Sengoku's understanding.

Suddenly, he recalled what Garp had said when he introduced Larson before:

A person who can use the Tremor-Tremor Fruit. They had pondered over this during their meeting but couldn't figure out the reason.

But at this moment, Sengoku realized that Larson's ability was not the Tremor-Tremor Fruit at all, but an ability to use the fruits of others!

Larson grinned. "Come on, let me see the strength of your navy."

Sengoku responded seriously, "The majesty of the navy cannot be desecrated. You will pay the price for your actions."

The next second, the surrounding navy pulled the triggers simultaneously, and gunshots rang out.

Larson gathered a golden shockwave in his hand and slapped it toward the ground. A violent impact erupted beneath his feet, sending flying bullets and the surrounding navy tumbling away from the force.

Marco also got knocked back but gritted his teeth, clutching the box and Gion tightly as he was propelled away.

Larson almost burst out laughing when he noticed this scene. This brat didn't even forget to take advantage of the situation!

But in reality, Larson misinterpreted Marco's actions. The reason Marco held Gion tightly and refused to let go while being ejected was entirely because Larson had given it to him. He didn't know what this woman or the box was; he only knew they were important since they were entrusted to him by Larson.

Seeing Larson use his own attack to knock away his subordinates made Sengoku's face darken with anger.

No longer able to hold back, he flashed in front of Larson with a speed completely unmatched by his massive form, delivering a shockwave with his hand aimed directly at Larson's head.

What he didn't expect was that Larson remained still, showing no reaction to his incoming attack, as if he didn't feel a thing.

Sengoku relaxed slightly. Although his opponent could copy others' abilities, thankfully he wasn't physically strong.

However, he didn't notice the patterns in Larson's eyes quietly rotating within the golden light. Just as the shockwave got within centimeters of Larson's head, the golden light covering Sengoku suddenly dissipated as his body shrank.

The form of the Buddha vanished, and Sengoku reverted back to his human form.

"Snapped!"

However, his palm still smacked hard against Larson's calf. Yet in his normal form, such an attack couldn't even tickle Larson.

What happened?

Before Sengoku could comprehend why he had returned to human form, he noticed a massive shockwave descending from above.

He wanted to invoke the fruit's power again but found no change in his body. The shockwave above him was now too close to evade, leaving him no choice but to grit his teeth and use Armament Haki to cover himself.

Boom!

The dazzling golden light enveloped Sengoku. In the brilliance, Sengoku staggered back in pain and spat out a mouthful of blood.

A deep crater was formed in the ground by Larson's attack.

Sengoku kneeled, his expression grim.

Having dealt shockwaves to countless foes for many years, today marked the first time he felt the pain that those he struck had experienced.

But before he could contemplate his newfound feelings, another attack from Larson descended upon him. He had to scramble up and evade while continuously trying to activate the Buddha form.

But the outcome remained the same; no matter how powerful he was, he couldn't use his Devil Fruit ability.

How could this be?!

The sudden powerlessness to use his Devil Fruit caused Sengoku to panic.

He was like a headless chicken. Deprived of his Devil Fruit ability, he couldn't contend with Larson or even defend himself; he could only dodge Larson's relentless attacks.

This continued for several minutes. During this time, Larson relentlessly attacked Sengoku, with shockwaves firing continuously. The palace was reduced to ruins.

The king was cowering in a corner, clutching a pillar and crying in fear.

Larson was breathing heavily within the golden light. The constant use of shockwaves was taking a toll on his physical strength.

But he hadn't anticipated that despite his frequent attacks, he still hadn't managed to capture Sengoku. It became clear to him that Sengoku was indeed worthy of being the future Fleet Admiral of the navy.

While Sengoku initially panicked due to his inability to harness his Devil Fruit powers, he quickly regained his composure, demonstrating his remarkable acumen in front of Larson.

Rather than attempting to attack, he began to harass Larson from the sides instead. Whenever Larson launched an attack, Sengoku would find an opening to dodge.

The reason he could do this was simply because he was intimately familiar with the nature of his Devil Fruit. He understood its capabilities and limitations exceedingly well.

The Buddha Fruit had immense attack and defensive power, but its attack speed was relatively slow.

Moreover, each time a shockwave was released, it drained a significant amount of the user's physical strength. Thus, Sengoku employed tactics to make Larson expend his stamina, hoping to lure Larson into exhausting his energy.

Of course, Larson was unwilling to be toyed with by Sengoku like this. As he neared the end of the lifespan of his Sharingan replication ability, Larson's expression grew serious.

Sengoku dodged another one of Larson's attacks and sighed in relief; through observation, he concluded that Larson's attack frequency had noticeably decreased, indicating a loss of stamina.

As long as he endured a bit longer, once Larson could no longer maintain his Devil Fruit form due to fatigue, it would be the perfect moment for Sengoku to turn the tables.

But the next moment, to Sengoku's surprise, Larson in his Buddha form ceased his offensive.

He grew cautious, suspecting that Larson had realized his intentions.

Just as he contemplated his next strategy to defeat Larson and rescue Gion, he was suddenly met with an unforgettable and horrifying sight.

Larson, in his giant Buddha form, tensed his muscles and crossed them in front of himself, then punched both sides of his body hard.

What catastrophic consequences would ensue from using the Tremor-Tremor Fruit while in his Buddha form?

No one could have predicted this, but today Sengoku would learn the answer.

The vast island began to shake; the palace split apart, and the earth trembled violently.

....

The calm sea surface suddenly erupted into wild waves, dark clouds swirling and strong winds rising.

On the pirate ship, Whitebeard looked helpless.

"Does this guy want to cause a tsunami?!"
