The remaining days before the coronation seemed to pass in a blur. The Pendragon palace became filled with guests who had traveled from around the empire and outside it to witness the ascension of the new Emperor of the mighty and largest empire in the whole world. It was not something they wanted to miss, even though many of them did not look forward to the changes the crown prince was aiming for.
