Fleet Admiral's Office – Marineford

The warm aroma of senbei crackers filled the air in the grand office of Fleet Admiral Sengoku, contrasting sharply with the tension that was about to unfold.

CRUNCH... CRUNCH...

The unmistakable sound of someone loudly munching on senbei echoed through the grand chamber.

Sengoku, dressed in his pristine white coat, glared daggers at the laughing buffoon in front of him—Vice Admiral Garp.

"You old bastard!" Sengoku seethed, his fist slamming against the desk, making documents and a half-eaten cracker jump. "That was my senbei!"

Across from him, Garp sat cross-legged, happily munching on the stolen rice crackers.

Garp grinned, unfazed by the murderous aura radiating from the Fleet Admiral. "BWAHAHAHA! Relax, Sengoku! You're getting old—can't have too much salt in your diet, anyway!"

BANG!

Sengoku's fist slammed against the desk, rattling everything on it, from stacks of paper to the sacred senbei jar—now tragically empty.

"You senile old bastard!" he barked. "I've put up with your nonsense for decades, but this—THIS—is crossing the line!"

Garp cackled, stuffing another piece into his mouth. "Mmm. Needs more soy sauce."

Sengoku trembled with fury. His white coat billowed dramatically as if even the fabric itself was shaking in anger.

Vice Admiral Tsuru, the third presence in the room, let out a tired sigh, sipping her tea as she watched the daily circus unfold.

"You two," She muttered, shaking her head. "Is this really the behavior of the highest-ranking men in the Marines?"

Garp grinned, waving his hand dismissively. "Relax, Tsuru-chan. Life's too short to stress over senbei!"

Sengoku's face darkened. "I'LL KILL YOU!"

BOOM!

In a fit of rage, he hurled his desk at Garp, but the old man casually punched it mid-air, reducing it to splinters.

"PUHAHAHA! Your aim's getting worse, Sengoku!"

Sengoku was about to explode, but just as he opened his mouth the office doors burst open

BANG!

A Marine saluted sharply.

"Fleet Admiral! Urgent news!"

Sengoku pinched the bridge of his nose, already exhausted. "What now?"

The soldier swallowed hard. "Luffy and Kuina… have left Marineford. According to intelligence, they're headed for Sabaody Archipelago."

The room fell silent.

Tsuru sighed, already expecting trouble.

Sengoku's eyebrow twitched. "That brat…!"

Garp, however, simply waved a hand, grinning proudly. "Eh, what's the big deal? The boy's just out having some fun!"

Sengoku shot him a deadpan look. "Garp. Your definition of 'fun' involves a lot of trouble and a headache for me."

Garp chuckled. "Exactly!"

Before Sengoku could strangle him, the soldier cleared his throat nervously.

"Sir… there's more."

Sengoku stiffened. "What?"

The Marine hesitated, then took a deep breath. "Reports from Sabaody state that the Public Employment Security Office has been… attacked."

The words hung in the air like a cannonball about to drop.

"…Excuse me?" Sengoku's voice was dangerously low.

The soldier gulped. "Eyewitnesses claim it was done by… Luffy and Kuina."

The room exploded into chaos.

BANG!

Sengoku's palm hit his forehead, his headache worsening. "That… IDIOT!"

Garp, on the other hand, roared with laughter, slapping his knee. "PUHAHAHAHA! That's my grandson!"

Tsuru shook her head. "Luffy is truly fearless," She admitted, though a small smirk played at her lips. "I wonder if he even hesitated before making that decision."

"Of course not," Sengoku muttered.

Garp grinned. "The brat knows how to make an entrance! I bet he's having the time of his life over there."

Sengoku, breathing heavily, fought the urge to strangle him.

"CALL GION," he snapped. "NOW."

Just as the Marine bolted for the door, a second Marine officer practically barreled into the room, his face pale as death.

"S-SIR!" He stammered, panting heavily. "W-WE HAVE ANOTHER REPORT!"

Sengoku, already on the verge of a mental breakdown, glared at him. "WHAT. NOW?!"

The soldier took a deep breath.

"The Human Shop, one of the biggest slave auction houses in Sabaody… has been completely destroyed!"

Silence

Sengoku felt his soul leave his body.

As for Garp, he was howling with laughter.

"BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! ATTABOY, LUFFY! BLOW THOSE SCUM TO HELL!"

Sengoku slammed his head into his desk, groaning in absolute agony.

"WHY," He muttered into the wood. "WHY DID I NOT SEE THIS COMING?"

Tsuru, though amused, sighed. "Sengoku, did you really think Luffy—Luffy—would ignore something like slavery? He even went out of the way for Zephyr..."

Sengoku wanted to cry. "That brat has no idea the kind of political nightmare he just caused!"

Garp grinned proudly. "Tch, good! If the Celestial Dragons get mad, they can shove it up their—"

"DON'T FINISH THAT SENTENCE, GAR—"

BANG!

The door slammed open again, and Vice Admiral Gion walked in, her eyes sharp and calculating.

"You called, Fleet Admiral?"

Sengoku, now physically exhausted, waved a hand. "Gion… go to Sabaody. Capture Luffy and bring him back before he sinks the entire island."

She raised an eyebrow. "What did he do this time?"

Sengoku sighed like a man who had lived through three wars.

"He attacked the Public Employment Security Office…"

Gion blinked. "…He what?"

"And then blew up the biggest slave auction house," Tsuru added, sipping her tea.

Gion massaged her forehead.

Sengoku's eyes darkened. "Can you handle him?"

Gion hesitated.

"…It might be difficult."

Sengoku's eyebrows shot up. "Explain."

Gion exhaled. "His swordsmanship is at least equal to mine. Possibly better."

Sengoku, Garp, and Tsuru stared at her, absorbing the implications of that statement.

Gion was a top-class swordswoman, one of the strongest Vice Admirals. If not for the Logia-based Admirals, she could have taken that rank herself.

And yet, she was saying that Luffy—an 18-year-old rookie—was stronger than her?

Sengoku's jaw tightened.

"You're sure?"

Gion nodded. "Yes. We fought. He wasn't even serious, yet I still couldn't beat him."

Garp grinned proudly. "BWAHAHAHA! That's my grandson!"

Sengoku slammed his fist on the desk. "Stop laughing, Garp!"

Garp ignored him, standing up and cracking his knuckles. "Well, if Gion-chan's worried, I'll go too! Time to teach that brat some discipline!"

Sengoku's eyes narrowed. "You? Discipline?"

Garp beamed. "Exactly!"

Sengoku groaned, but at this point, he knew arguing was useless.

"Fine," He muttered. "Just don't destroy Sabaody in the process."

Garp laughed loudly, patting Gion on the back. "Let's go, Gion-chan! We're gonna have a fun trip!"

Gion sighed but smirked slightly. "You just want an excuse to punch your grandson, don't you?"

Garp grinned mischievously. "Busted."

Sengoku massaged his temples again. He could already feel the next headache forming.

"This is going to be a disaster," he muttered.

Tsuru chuckled. "You say that as if it wasn't obvious from the start."

And with that, Garp and Gion departed for Sabaody, setting sail on a warship heading straight into the storm of chaos that was Luffy.
