Clarissa did not hear him well. "Your other g-grandson?" She stuttered as she asked.
"I'm surprised you haven't figured that out yet. Considering that you are a very smart young lady. Yes, Liam is my grandson and I have been waiting for him to take over the company but he has just been too...stubborn." The old man sighed.
"Apparently that's his personal business. Because I wish I can tell you I know why he has been running, but I can't. Anyway, I don't fancy your relationship which is why I want to cut you off from his life."
Clarissa swallowed, suddenly feeling unease. This man was creeping her out!
"Temporarily, of course. You will either send in your resignation, then of course, you'll get nothing in return since you're barely a month old in the company. Or you can accept my offer to transfer to one of our other branches in London. The choice is all yours."
