"Boom!" Thunder roared above, with fierce lightning streaking across the stormy skies over Ohara, resembling ancient, fearsome dragons of electricity.

Unbeknownst to many, dark clouds had been gathering overhead, signalling an impending storm.

"Whoosh!" As wild winds blew, Marines on their ships felt intense pressure.

"Vice Admiral Sakazuki fired at the rescue ship!" someone shouted in alarm.

Many of the Marines stood in shock, struggling to believe that one of their own would target a ship full of defenceless civilians.

Eyes turned toward the ship where the alarmed voice had come from.

"Did he miss?" Some Marines felt a slight relief; attacking unarmed civilians was not something they took pride in.

"Boom!" Thunder cracked again, lightning splitting the sky.

"Something's off with this weather!" a Marine on Kuzan's ship muttered, his face tense. Just moments ago, the skies had been clear.

Now, with barely a few breaths' time, thunder and lightning filled the storm-laden sky.

"Wait, who is that figure?!" someone suddenly shouted, pointing at the rescue ship.

"Crackle, crackle!" Blue sparks danced as the smoke from the shell blast on the rescue ship cleared, revealing a tall, muscular figure.

"Attacking civilians? Truly despicable!" A deep voice resounded as Arashi glared intently at the smoking barrel of the Marine cannon that had fired.

In an instant, a gust surged forward, shaking the Marines on the nearby ship.

"Oh no, it's Vice Admiral Arashi!"

"Did my cannonball just hit Vice Admiral Arashi?"

"Ah! What have I done? We fired at Vice Admiral Arashi!"

Panic, fear, and regret filled the air, making the figure on the ship's prow grow even more menacing.

The wind howled, whipping at everyone's clothes.

Lightning crackled across Arashi's body as he disappeared, reappearing right in front of Kuzan, blocking Saul behind him.

"You sure look rough, Saul," Arashi said with a faint smile.

The giant trembled, his voice thick with emotion.

"Arashi!" Saul called out, both thrilled and deeply moved, his tears flowing freely.

"I knew it, I knew you wouldn't abandon us!" His laughter echoed, full of relief. Arashi's gaze then shifted to Kuzan, his face turning serious.

"Long time no see, Kuzan."

"The most difficult situation I imagined has finally come true," Kuzan sighed, his gaze growing sharp.

"Have you made up your mind, Arashi?"

"You know the consequences of standing in our way!" At this, Arashi fell silent, his eyes sweeping over the burning Ohara.

Scholars frantically threw books into the lake, hoping to preserve even a sliver of knowledge, a legacy of this island's story.

"Knowledge should not be destroyed!" he suddenly shouted, voice booming across the shore of Ohara, startling those around him.

Thunder roared overhead, lightning flashing intensely.

"If this is the justice you uphold, Kuzan..." Arashi's eyes held disappointment.

"Then I am truly disappointed in you!" His words rang out like thunder, sending a tremor through Kuzan's figure.

At the same time, the heavens rumbled, lightning crackling louder.

"Justice requires its stance," Kuzan said firmly.

"Don't forget your place, Arashi!"

Arashi laughed, his voice joining the roar of thunder. "Then let's see whose justice is stronger!" Kuzan's pupils contracted as he steadied himself.

As an old friend, he understood just how powerful Arashi truly was—a terrifying strength that ranked among the world's very best.

"Coming here, I didn't feel any motivation..." Kuzan pulled off his coat, a glint of excitement in his eyes.

"But seeing you, I can't help but feel a thrill."

"Let's see how far I am from you now!" he challenged an icy aura emanating around him as frost spread on the ground.

Arashi ripped off his coat, exposing his chiselled muscles like granite.

"Saul!" Arashi commanded, "Get Robin to the scholars! My unit will arrive soon to back you up!"

"As for everything here..." he said, eyes filled with resolve, "leave it to me!" Saul nodded, lifting Robin as he hesitated.

"Arashi... this is a Buster Call!" Arashi only grinned. "In this world, there's nothing that can take me down!"

As Saul turned to run, a Marine scout shouted on Sakazuki's ship.

"We have a fleet in the northwest!"

"They've confirmed it—it's Vice Admiral Arashi's G-18 unit!"

Panic swept across the Marines as Sakazuki whipped around, glaring at the oncoming ships.

The vessels quickly reached the burning rescue ship, taking the civilians onboard.

"Damn it!" Sakazuki snarled, magma churning around him.

"You're all looking to die?" In seconds, magma shot into the air, arcing toward the distant rescue ship.

"These traitors! Not one will escape!"

But to everyone's shock, a massive dust cloud suddenly surged from the rescue ship, forming a huge wall that blocked the magma completely.

Standing on the ship's prow, Crocodile exhaled a smoke ring, smirking. He turned back to his men.

"What are you waiting for? Hurry and get the civilians off!"

"Yes, Captain!" Soldiers jolted into action, rushing to move the civilians.

Meanwhile, Bullet and other ships landed on Ohara's opposite shore, heading swiftly toward the island's centre.

Around twenty of Arashi's ships formed a line at sea, facing the Buster Call's fleet.

A tense atmosphere settled over the waters, thick enough to stifle any movement.

"Is that the G-18 unit? Are they planning to fight us?" Marines in the Buster Call fleet stared, shocked.

On the shore, seeing the magma heading toward them, Arashi's gaze turned icy.

He raised his hand, conjuring a spear of lightning nearly five feet long, humming with deadly energy.

Kuzan started forward, but Arashi hurled the spear in one swift motion.

"Whoosh!" It shot through the air, lightning bursting as it reached Sakazuki.

"You dare attack me!" Sakazuki roared, reflexively turning his body to magma.

"Splat!" The spear pierced his chest, the force sending him flying backwards, crashing into a mast on the ship behind him.

The blast of lightning spread across the area, striking nearby Marines who collapsed from the shock.

"Are you trying to defect, Arashi?" Sakazuki's furious voice rang out.

He swiftly turned to his stunned subordinates and bellowed, "Bring the ship over here!"

Not far away, aboard a Marine vessel, Borsalino sighed as he observed the scene ahead.

"If it weren't necessary, I really wouldn't want to fight a monster like that."

On the shore, sparks of lightning flashed as a wave of frigid air swept towards Arashi.

"If you strike at him, there will be no going back," Kuzan warned coldly.

Arashi laughed, his face breaking into a grin. "I never thought any was going back!"

His body flashed with electricity as he transformed into lightning, instantly appearing before Kuzan.

Mid-air, he extended his right hand, gripping tightly as he summoned a blade of shimmering lightning and slashed downward.

In response, Kuzan also formed an ice sabre and swung it upward.

"Boom!" The clash reverberated, sending shockwaves through the air as ice and electricity erupted and struck the nearby sea surface.

"Heh heh!" Arashi laughed, his grip on the lightning blade tightening as electricity crackled.

"Vroom!" The impact echoed, and the sand beneath Kuzan's feet caved in. A second later, the sheer force drove him knee-deep into the sand.

"Still such savage strength!" Kuzan gritted his teeth, yelling as he reached out with his free hand to seize Arashi.

"Ice Capsule!"

Instantly, a chilling frost spread, freezing Arashi's entire body.

Seizing the moment, Kuzan leapt back, wrenching his legs free from the sand and shifting positions quickly.

Raising his arms, he conjured two ice spears mid-air and hurled them without hesitation at the frozen Arashi.

"Double Ice Spears!"

Just then, the ice encasing Arashi shattered with a crack, and his powerful frame burst out.

His feet stomped, shattering the ground beneath, and scattering sand.

In a flash, he closed in on the ice spears and swung his right fist forward with a resounding impact that pulverized the spears. Arashi landed with a smirk.

"Boom!" His knees bent, and he stomped the ground again, sending sand flying and forming a crater as he launched himself at Kuzan with electrifying speed.

"Crunch!" His fingers clenched into a fist, electricity crackling around him.

"Iron Body! Armament Hardening!" His fist was like steel, his right arm's muscles twisted and coiled like tightly wound springs, surging with power.

"Blue Hole!"

Arashi's eyes blazed with intensity as his fist swung down.

Kuzan's expression shifted as he hastily raised his arms, conjuring a large ice shield to guard his face.

"Smash!" A dull thud echoed as the ice shield shattered, and Arashi's fist collided with Kuzan's arms, blocking his face.

"Crack!" With a sound like breaking glass, Kuzan's arms fractured into ice. The next moment, Arashi's punch smashed into Kuzan's face.

"Boom!" Kuzan's body shot backwards, like a cannonball, hurtling off the beach and crashing into the sea.

"Vice Admiral Kuzan!" came alarmed shouts from Marines aboard nearby ships. But the battle was far from over.

A tremendous roar of thunder echoed, and a flash of lightning shot skyward from the shore.

It veered sharply, turning at a ninety-degree angle, streaking down toward where Kuzan had landed in the water.

Reaching a certain point, it again turned at a right angle and plunged downward.

"Crackle!" Lightning streaked through the sky, illuminating everything in its wake.

Over Ohara, the colossal thunderclouds unleashed a deafening roar as torrential rain poured down.

"Boom!" Lightning crackled as it illuminated everyone's eyes.

"Galaxy Impact!" Arashi's voice, deep and commanding, echoed through the sky.

The Marines looked up, seeing a figure at the forefront of the descending lightning, arm raised with a fist charged and ready, lightning crackling behind him like twisted branches.

"Sizzle." Black and red lightning surged around his right fist, casting the entire sky in his shade.

Then he struck.

"Vroom!" Black and red lightning plummeted downward with unstoppable, sharp, frenzied power, smashing into the sea.

"Boom!" The ocean split apart for thousands of meters, leaving a massive crater in the water.

Black and red lightning crackled over the water, with dark fissures spreading out.

From a distance, it looked like the sea itself had been shattered by a single punch—utterly awe-inspiring.

But the shockwave of the punch didn't end there. The displaced water surged upward, forming a towering wave hundreds of meters high.

"Hurry, turn the ship around! Get out of there!"

"Vice Admiral Arashi's punch created a tsunami!"

"We're doomed!!" Terrified screams filled the air.

Among the lower ranks of the Marines, awe and fear of Arashi had always been deeply rooted in their souls.

Seeing this, they felt as if they were in the presence of a god.

Suddenly, another voice resounded clearly amidst the waves. "Ice Age."

A blast of frigid air spread rapidly, instantly freezing the surging water, halting the flowing sea in place, and covering everything in sight with a layer of ice.

The entire sea, stretching as far as the eye could see, was frozen in an instant, extending from Ohara into the distant horizon.

The entire ocean was encased in ice.
