Outline
In the city of Greenfield lived Camilla Garrison. She was a stunningly beautiful girl with a cheerful attitude. She had dreams of becoming a famous actress, and while she was only a D list actress, she poured her heart and soul into every role she played.
She was in a happy relationship with her boyfriend, but little did she know that her world was about to come crashing down.
Everything changed when she discovered that her boyfriend had been cheating on her with none other than her step-sister, Anne Garrison.
To top her misery, her father and two brothers tricked her into signing the ownership of the company which her maternal grandfather left to her before his death.
Devastated, Heartbroken and betrayed, when she was chased and was ripped off of everything. Camilla made the difficult decision to leave the country and start anew.
She spent three long years traveling the world, trying to mend her shattered heart and find herself once again. Not only that, but she made a name for herself in the entertainment industry, gaining more popularity than ever.
However, she made her identity as Camilla Garrison and used a strange name... "Phoenix"
When she finally returned to her home country, she was a changed woman. No longer the naive girl who had once trusted so easily, she had transformed into a confident and fiercely independent woman who had made a name for herself as a successful model.
But there was one thing that still haunted her - the betrayal of her ex-boyfriend and step-sister.
Consumed by anger and a desire for revenge, Camilla made a bold move. She married her ex-boyfriend's wealthy uncle, Caesar, in a calculated attempt to hurt her ex-boyfriend as he had hurt her.
However, as Camilla got to know Caesar, she realized that there was more to him than just being her ex-boyfriend's uncle.
He was kind, generous, and genuinely cared for her in a way that she had never experienced before.
Slowly but surely, their relationship blossomed into a deep and meaningful love, filled with trust, loyalty, and understanding.
Caesar helped Camilla to have her revenge and take everything that her enemies took away from her, including her grandfather's company back.
Together, Camilla and Caesar faced all the trials and tribulations that life threw their way. And as they stood by each other through thick and thin, Camilla realized that sometimes, love can come from the most unexpected places.
In the end, Camilla had found true happiness and love in the arms of the man she had once sought as a mere tool for her revenge. And as they walked hand in hand into the sunset, she knew that their love would endure forever.
PLOT TWISTS
Her step sister met her in an audition after years of her being away, seeing that she was more good than her she made friends with some of the actresses that disliked her to bring her down in all means.
Her ex boyfriend also wanted her back seeing that she was no longer the woman she used to be.
She also found out that her maternal grandfather had also left other companies for her and this would attract the envy and jealousy of some of her maternal cousins.
Making life more difficult for her and Ceaser, but they would overcome all the challenges.
Camilla found out about the additional companies her maternal grandfather left for her.
Caesar's nephew, Camilla nephew tries to win her back, revealing a shocking truth about their past relationship
Camilla's voice trembled with rage as she confronted her father. "This is outrageous! You can't seriously expect me to give up something I've worked tirelessly to achieve. I won't back down, no matter the cost!"
She couldn't fathom why her father and brothers would gang up on her, demanding she surrender something she had earned through her own blood, sweat, and tears. The very idea was an affront to her dignity.
Anthony Garrison, her father, responded with a self-righteous tone, "Camilla, don't be impulsive. You're only a D-list actress, whereas your sister is a B-list actress. Can't you make a small sacrifice for her? If she gains popularity, it will benefit our company."
Camilla was taken aback by her father's words, finding them laughable. How could he come up with such a flimsy excuse? He was really always on her sister's side.
Before she could respond, her older brother, Cora Garrison, chimed in, "Camilla, be reasonable, this script is better suited for Annie. Besides, you're not even popular so why the ranting?"
Camilla's anger boiled over at her brother's harsh words. How could her own flesh and blood support the daughter of the woman who had destroyed their family, leading to their mother's tragic demise?
"Cora, you have no right to dictate what I do! I earned this contract and script on my own merit. Why should I hand it over to that manipulative woman?" Camilla shouted, her fury palpable.
Just as Cora was about to reprimand her, the office door swung open, revealing the two people Camilla had hoped to never see again.
Her ex-boyfriend, Eric Bennett, stood holding her younger sister's hand, a sight that filled Camilla with disgust.
"Sis, why are you here?" Anne asked, her voice trembling, as she tried to free her hand from Eric's grasp.
"Why can't I be here? If a shameless woman like you can be here, why can't I?" Camilla spat, her disdain evident.
Camilla had to admit that her younger sister was a natural-born actress, but it still baffled her how Anne could put on such a convincing show in front of their family and friends, yet falter on stage or in front of the camera.
"Camilla, watch your mouth!" Eric snarled, his cold gaze piercing.
"Eric Bennett, you have no right to shout at me! I don't blame your family for your lack of manners. A pig like you wouldn't understand the concept of decency even if it was explained to you painstakingly."
Camilla's words dripped with venom and sarcasm as she lashed out at Eric. "You're not even capable of grasping the concept of manners, no matter how many experts they hire to teach you!" Her fury was palpable.
Eric's face darkened, his anger and humiliation simmering just below the surface. He longed to put an end to the condescending girl's tirade once and for all.
Anne, tears streaming down her face, intervened with a feeble apology. "Sis, I'm sorry about what happened yesterday. It's just that... I love Eric, and he loves me too. We've been in love since before I left for my studies abroad. He only dated you to pass the time, but when I returned, we decided to start anew."
Camilla couldn't help but laugh at the pitiful display, convinced that only naive fools like her father, brothers, and Eric would fall for such an act.
The men in the room, however, were taken in by Anne's tears and rushed to comfort her. Anthony, Camilla's father, was the first to react, slapping Camilla hard across the face.
The unexpected blow left Camilla stunned, her eyes wide with shock. The corner of her mouth began to bleed, and she gazed at her father in disbelief. Though he often scolded and insulted her, he had never physically harmed her before.
"Dad, you hit me?" Camilla exclaimed, her eyes welling up with tears.
Anthony, though wracked with guilt, steeled himself and retorted, "I'll do it again if you don't stop your nonsense!"
Camilla's exasperation boiled over. "Nonsense? You're blaming me? She's the one who betrayed my trust! I saw her with my boyfriend, and you're saying I'm the one at fault?"
Her anger and frustration poured out in a torrent of words. "If they loved each other, they could have told me. I would have understood. But no, they deceived me, and now you're taking her side?"
Camilla's anger boiled over, and the tears she had been struggling to hold back burst forth, streaming down her face. Her pained eyes seemed to accuse everyone in the room, filling them with a fleeting sense of guilt for their treatment of her. But their momentary remorse was quickly replaced by anger.
Cora's hushed tone was laced with urgency as she cautioned Camilla, "Keep your voice down, the employees might overhear!" But Camilla was beyond restraint. "Let them hear!" she retorted, her voice cold and furious. "If she's as talented as you claim, why not let her go for an audition and earn her own script instead of stealing from others?"
Camilla's rage and grief were palpable, and she felt an overwhelming urge to lash out physically. Cora's attempt to intervene only fueled her anger.
"You're going too far, Camilla! If you don't comply—" Anthony, her father's threat was met with defiance.
"Or what? Will you kick me out of the company? Because there is nothing you can do. Don't forget, this company was left to me by my grandparents and mother. I've only allowed you to remain in charge because you're my father. Don't try to bully me into submission!"
Camilla's eyes blazed with unshed tears, making her appear menacing. But Anthony remained unfazed, sneering at her with a mocking expression. "You think you can bring me down? Ha! You have no idea what's going on. You signed the handover contract, Camilla. This company belongs to me now."
Camilla's puzzled expression turned to her father, her voice trembling as she asked, "W-what do you mean? When did I sign over the company to you?"
Uncle 2
"Hey my dumb step sister, I know you are not aware you signed the documents and now the company and everything else is not yours. Shocked right?" Annie said and laughed out mockingly.
Camilla was shocked and devastated, she had been treated so badly since all these years and now, they had taken away everything from her.
She couldn't even remember signing the documents how they did it she didn't know.
She was so helpless she couldn't do anything, her one and only fiance that had always been on her side, she caught him having sex with his sister.
Camilla rolled her face to all the figures standing at the room, and could see from their faces that none of them were on her side. Their faces lacked emotions.
"What are you all talking about?" She asked, still trying to digest what she had just heard as she swallowed hard.
"You heard us right, don't act dumb." Her Father roared. She couldn't understand why her father and her brother were supporting her stepmom daughter after everything they did to them.
Though her stepmother had passed away too.
She looked at her boyfriend who was standing and holding his hands so tightly with Annie, having hope that he might support her a little, but he stood there, his eyes devoid of emotions.
How will she possibly be expecting him to be on the side after cheating on her.
"With this and for the fact you have signed the documents, I am thrilled to announce that you are no longer needed in this house." Annie said and paused for Camilla's brain to process the information very well.
"You mean what? You can dare! This house is also mine, you have no right to send me away." Camilla said her blood boiled as pain surged through her bone marrow.
"Dear step sister, the house was yours. It is no longer yours. I hope you get that in your tiny skull." Anne said mockingly.
"How dare you? Camilla said her hands were almost landing on Annie's cheeks when a string held her hands tightly before it could land on Annie's cheek.
Camilla furrowed her eyebrows to check who had just held her hands. Low and behold it was no other person than her fiance.
"You think you are smart right? You are frustrated and I can see it but you won't dare pour it on me." Annie said and gave her a deadly gaze.
Just then her boyfriend dropped her hand forcefully. She was not shocked to see him acting this way.
"I don't blame you all, I will make sure I take my company from you all. All this wealth you all are dragging to take with me was given to me by my maternal grandfather so I won't do you all that favor of backing down." Camilla sneered as she looked at all of them on their faces.
"And how can a powerless talkative like you do that, you have to forget about the company and every other thing you can't have it." Cora, her own brother, dared to say.
"Take her out of here now!" Annie ordered the bodyguards of the mansion. They had been there all this while and had seen everything unfold.
"They won't dare!" Camilla said, giving them a deadly gaze.
"Take her out of here, I am now your boss and she is nothing but a helpless being." Annie snarled at them
"Do that fast and now!" Her father supported.
"You all can do this to me and go Scott free, I will make sure I strike back." She said as tears streamed down her eyes. She couldn't believe her father, her brother and also her boyfriend would do this to her.
These were the people she called family.
The bodyguards dragged her out of the house as she said all sorts of things to them.
Camilla stumbled out of the mansion, her heart heavy with betrayal and disbelief.
The chill of the night air cut through her, a stark contrast to the warmth she once felt within those walls.
Tears blurred her vision as she looked back at the imposing structure that had been her home for so long, now a symbol of treachery and loss.
"I'll find a way to take it all back," she muttered to herself, wiping away tears with trembling hands.
Determination surged through her, fueled by the injustice she had just endured. She knew reclaiming her company and her rightful place would not be easy, but she refused to let them win without a fight.
She wandered through the city streets, her mind racing with thoughts of revenge and survival.
Each step away from the mansion felt like a step closer to a new beginning, albeit one filled with uncertainty.
Her phone buzzed in her pocket, and she pulled it out to see a message from her best friend, Sarah.
"Where are you? I heard what happened. I'm coming to get you," the message read.
Camilla managed a weak smile. Despite everything, she still had allies, true friends who hadn't abandoned her in her darkest hour. Sarah's car pulled up beside her, and Camilla climbed in, grateful for the familiar presence.
"Are you okay?" Sarah asked gently, concern etched on her face.
Camilla shook her head, her voice catching as she recounted the events of the evening. Sarah listened intently, her expression hardening with each word.
"We'll figure this out, Cam. You're not alone in this," Sarah said firmly, squeezing Camilla's hand in reassurance.
With Sarah by her side, Camilla felt a glimmer of hope. They drove through the night, planning their next move. Sarah insisted they find legal counsel immediately to challenge the documents.
But Camilla insisted that she wants to travel out of the country. She wanted to go far away where she could clear her head.
"If you want to leave the country that would be okay, I support you." Sarah said and a smile escaped Camilla's lips.
"I will be going to the airport tomorrow, I can't stay here longer." Camilla told Sarah and she agreed to accompany her to the airport.
Camilla was going to come back for them and claim everything that belongs to her.
Her father, brother, ex-boyfriend and step-sister should be ready for her return.
Uncle 3
Now, Camilla was back to Greenfield with a billionaire husband, ready for her family revenge.
Camilla was at home; she was having a great time and resting. After years of traveling out of the country, she is now back in her main hometown.
She is not just back, but back to take revenge on her family that betrayed her.
She was in the sitting room having a cup of juice and peanuts while she concentrated on the channel she was watching.
The piercing ringing tone from her phone made her hurried for it.
When she saw it was her husband, a smile spread across her lips as she quickly picked up the phone.
"Hey love Get prepared; we are going out for my mom's birthday today at her mansion." Caesar, her husband, spoke from the other line.
"Okay, baby, I can't wait to meet her." Camilla said her aura was nervous and delighted.
"See you later in the evening, baby." Caesar said and blew a kiss, which she reciprocated, and the call died off.
Camilla was not really happy in the so-called marriage. She had married Ceaser, her ex-boyfriend's wealthy uncle, just to get back on him and her family for what they did to her.
Caesar wed her in the court, just a court wedding. She met him back then in California during a business meeting.
Since then she had made him fall for her, and it worked for her. Before they had to come back to Greenfield, her old hometown, she made them have a court wedding, and now they were officially husband and wife.
Her being Caesar's wife was the best thing that has ever happened to her. Even though she did this not because of love or any attachments, she was sure that with his wealth and the love he had for her, he would help her achieve all she wanted.
"I can't wait to see the shock on Eric Bennett's face." Camilla said and laughed out loud as she imagined the picture of her ex-fiance's face.
She was sure he was going to attend the birthday ceremony, as the woman in question was his grandmother.
Camilla Garrison was now a sophisticated and endowed young lady. She had lived in California for three years now.
During her time there, she gained more popularity as an actress and was a top actress.
Though, when she went to California, she changed her name to Phoenix Gilbert, and that is what people knew her as.
The fact that she was going to Caesar's mother's mansion today was something she couldn't wait for.
Caesar had married Camilla without even telling his mother or any family of his. He wanted to make a bit of a surprise. Unknowingly for him, Camilla was his nephew's ex-girlfriend.
He had fallen too much for her, and she told him everything she had been through. He had also promised to help her.
Caesar, her husband, felt so happy for being married to a woman like Camilla. She was everything he wanted in a young lady.
His mother has always been waiting for the day he would marry a woman, and he was sure his mother would be very happy seeing Camilla at her birthday.
He also couldn't contain his excitement, same as Camilla.
Caesar also knew Camilla as Phoenix Gilbert and nothing more.
Camilla had made arrangements for everything—the birthday gift of the old woman, her hair, the clothes she was going to wear to the party.
She checked her wristwatch every minute and waited to hear her husband's horn as a sign of his arrival.
"Hello, babe, I can see you are really so happy." Caesar said in a joking manner when Camilla came to welcome him back home.
Camilla has always wanted to meet his family, and he could see the excitement in her.
Camilla knew Caesar to be Eric's uncle; this is because he was famous and she had seen a picture of him on Eric's mobile.
He was one of those men who visited every country in the world and owned houses there.
Caesar knew nothing about Camilla and his nephew's relationship, and Camilla didn't bother telling him.
She was sure he would be scared of ruining his reputation for getting married to his nephew's ex-girlfriend.
The rich are always like that. Caesar was also fond of his nephew Eric; he loved him and would do everything to make him happy.
What will happen when he finds out that his lovely nephew was once in a relationship with his wife?
"Words can't express how happy I am, sweetheart." Camilla said and carried his briefcase as they held hands together, heading for their room upstairs.
"Mummy will be happy to see you, baby." Caesar said with a wide smile as his eyebrows thickened in joy.
"I know right." Camilla said she was not really ready to face his mother. But she had people in mind she was going for.
"My other family and my sweet nephew that has been anxiously waiting to see me with a woman would be happy I have one now." Caesar pouted as he removed his suit. They were already inside the room.
"Nephew? Camilla gasped, not knowing when she asked such a question.
"Yes, love, he will be very happy to see you. I am sure you will like all of them." Caesar said as he was ready to take his bath.
"Can I know his name, please?" Camilla asked, Just be sure it was Eric.
"He is Eric Bennett." Caesar said and kissed her as he headed to the bathroom on the opposite side of his master bedroom.
Camilla couldn't help but smile to herself.
"He will be happy to see me." She repeated what her husband just said and laughed out loud. It was indeed funny.
She was sure her stepsister was going to be there too. The person that chased her out of her own house.
Annie made her brother and even her father despise her. That wasn't enough; she caught her in bed with her boyfriend.
She was so prepared for them all. She was not the Camilla of yesterday. She had come to exact revenge, and there was nothing that could stop her.
"Let's see how the party goes. Is he going to be delighted to see me? Or will he be in pain?" Camilla thought and laughed.
Tonight the party will tell!
Dive into the next chapter and see how Camilla faces her ex-fiance again.
Uncle 4
Camilla and Ceaser, her husband, were done preparing for the birthday tonight. The time was 5:00pm, and they were going for a two-hour journey.
The mansion butler was ready and stood just behind the car waiting for the husband and wife.
Camilla and Ceaser strode out of their big and mighty estate, their hands clung together as they walked.
Immediately they entered the Roy Royce car parked skillfully at the parking lots, and the butler ignited the engine. He was given the address they were heading to already.
"Honey, finally we will be going to see your families. I am so freaking happy." Camilla said her eyes were lurking on the road as the car drove past them.
"It is going to be a memorable day." Caesar pouted; the happiness in him knew no bounds that it could be sensed in his voice.
They had a lot of talk, and after one hour and thirty minutes of driving, they arrived at his mother's mansion. This was because of how experienced his butler was.
The mansion was very big and luxurious. It was indeed mighty that it could contain a lot of people.
The gateman of the mansion used a control remote to open the well-painted iron gate after he had verified it was Caesar.
Camilla was about to get down from the car, and just then her husband carefully grasped her arm. The car had not really come to rest, but she was already holding the car's handle.
That was how eager and happy she was for a reason best known to her. The curiosity Camilla was showing was really what Ceaser couldn't understand.
"Hey, babe.. you have to stay in the car; remember, it is a surprise, right?" Caesar said and gave her a lovely wink.
"I can go in now, and they will be more surprised to see me, don't you think so?" She protested; she couldn't stay one minute longer in the car.
She felt like she was in a bondage already.
"You will have to come out only when you receive a text message from me. I promise it won't take time." Caesar said he had a plan.
Camilla herself also had a plan. "Okay, that is fine. I will wait, but promise all this won't take long." She said she was not really happy with what he suggested.
"I promise love." He said and took her hands and kissed it. "I love you." He said and pinched her nose. The smile on her face gave him the go ahead.
Just then he adjusted his suit and climbed down the car.
He wore a black Turkish suit with a trouse that matched it. His tie made him look younger than his age; he was tall and charming.
His wavy short hair gave him a god's look; one could easily classify him as a bastard billionaire.
Caesar walked into the building. The staff bowed their heads to him as he walked past them.
He was the eldest son of his mother, Mrs. Agnes, and all her staff knew him and respected him a lot.
It was a family dinner birthday, and no other people were invited except some of their family friends.
The building was booming with music, and the house was interiorly decorated. It was indeed a grand celebration.
"My son is here. You look so enticing." Mrs. Agnes, Caesar's mother, gave him a right hug immediately he entered her room, where she was being dressed.
"Happy birthday, mom. I love you." Caesar said as he squatted before his mother and kissed her hands.
"Thanks, son; I am sure you came here with a wife." She said and gave him some looks, which he was used to.
The maid and some makeup artists in the room could help but smile at how the mother and son were conversing.
"I have a surprise for you, but the celebration had to start first." Caesar said, and his mother's face lit in joy.
"Exactly! I hope it is something that I have prayed for." Mrs. Agnes couldn't help but ask.
"It is not a fiance; it is something more important than that." Caesar said, and immediately his mother's smiling face instantly turned pale.
"What do you mean, son? Nothing is more important to me than you having a fiance." She said, giving him pleading eyes.
"Mom, you have to smile. It is your birthday. Get ready and come downstairs; we are all waiting for you." Caesar said and kissed her forehead and headed out.
The birthday party had started. Mr. Agnes climbed down the stairs, and immediately there was a lot of "Happy birthday!" It was from her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and some important family friends.
The happy birthday ranting followed with a happy birthday song from them all. There was happiness in the air.
Just as they were done singing a happy birthday song. Everyone of them presented their gifts to her, and after that, the family gathered on the dining table to cut the cake and have a great dinner.
As Camilla had expected, Eric, Annie, her dad, and her brother were present in the ceremony.
Eric and his uncle had exchanged pleasantries. And also, since Annie had signed Ceaser, she had begun to feel something for him.
They were all now at the dining table; the chef had served a lot of intoxicating and high-flavoring food. The air conditioner in the dining room made the aroma of the food salivating.
"We pray that as we eat this food as a family, we will continue to live in peace and celebrate a longer life, Amen." Axia, the first daughter of Mr. Agnes, prayed, and they all eoched Amen.
"Let's eat now, everyone; it is a happy day!
"No! Before we begin eating, my first son has to tell me the surprise he has for me." Mr. Agnes said, and everyone diverted their attention to the head table.
Eric, who already knew his uncle was about to introduce his fiance, shouted. "We are going to be meeting a new family! Uncle has a fiance." He said, and everyone was shocked as they all gazed at Caesar, who was sitting close to his mom.
The smile on his face was charming, and they were all happy already as they searched among them.
Annie felt a pang of jealousy as she heard her fiance shout "WIFE."
She was already thinking of the impossible.
Just then, Caesar texted Camilla, who had been waiting anxiously to be inside the mansion.
The door flung open.
With poise and grace, Camilla glided into the building, her bright smile illuminating her heart-shaped face.
Her long, curly brown hair bounces with each step, complementing her confident stride.
She wears a fitted red dress, accentuating her slender figure, and her high heels click elegantly on the floor.
Just then, Eric, Annie, Cora, and her father were left stunned.
Uncle 5
The surprise on the faces of the people she expected to see was something that made her calm.
Her chin was held high, and with grace and bold steps, Caesar made his way to her.
He held her in tow, leading her to the dining room, where he had reserved a seat a seat for her.
He noticed the shock on their faces, but he had thought it was because he had finally brought a woman.
The tension in the room was palpable, and it was really awesome.
Mrs. Agnes was smiling; she was already in love with Camilla.
"This woman right here is my married wife and my forever." Caesar paused for a while as he rolled his eyes at everyone on the big table.
He noticed and saw how quiet and curious they were. Their eyes showed they needed more information.
"Wife? You mean to say fiance?" Axia's sister said she was looking at Camilla in a way that showed that she really didn't like her.
"Exactly what I don't understand." Eric gasped; he didn't even know when he spoke out.
"You all should allow him to introduce her to us properly before bombarding him with a lot of questions." Mr. Agnes pouted, the smile on her lips visible.
"Thanks mom." Caesar said he was observing the faces of everyone in the room.
He knew Anie to be his nephew's girlfriend, but he had no clue that Anthony Garrison was Camilla's father.
Anthony Garrison was also a billionaire in the country and had two famous companies.
This was the company that was left by Camilla's maternal grandfather and had tricked her to sign, and now it was in his name.
So for that fact, Caesar knew Anthony Garrison; he had done business with him, and they were somehow on good terms.
Anie was boiling; she couldn't understand what Camilla was doing there. She felt like strangling her to death as she watched her smile all through.
Cora, Camilla's brother, was also in great shock; they were all stunned. Her father was not excluded.
But what could they do?
"Okay, I will permit the love of my life to introduce herself to the family." Caesar said and pecked Camilla on her cheeks, giving her a go-ahead smile.
"Alright, good evening, everyone present here." Camilla said and rolled her eyes till her eyes locked with those of Eric. Only then did a cold chill run down her spine. Eric sat down there and gazed at her, lost in his freaking thoughts.
She was gorgeous and beautiful.
"I am Phoenix Gilbert, and I am sure that some of you have met me before. Okay, I am the wife of Caeser Anndragon, and we have been married for three months now. Nice to meet you all again, and happy blissful birthday, mom." Camilla concluded.
The statement 'I am sure that some of you have met me before' was something that was not really clear to Caesar but he give no meaning to it.
"Thank you so much, daughter; you are welcome to the family. We are all happy to meet you." The woman said, but she wanted to ask a lot of questions.
"We can do it now! We will discuss more after dinner." Caesar announced.
Just then, there were noises of cutlery as everyone concentrated on the wonderful meal before them.
Eric was not eating, he couldn't take it, the fact that his Uncle was already married to his ex fiance. Not even engaged.
He was regretting all his actions right now.
Camilla's father and her step sister couldn't stop exchanging eye contact. They were surprised to see Camilla was an understatement.
Because they also were playing with their food. They knew the mess they were in and had to do something.
Knowing fully how powerful we'll build Caesar was. They have to act fast.
Now, dinner was over and now all the family members gathered to have a talk in the garden, that was how they did it.
Anthony Garrison, Cora Garrison and other family friends had left. The birthday celebration was over and now it was a family gathering in a garden that had light and fresh fruit served.
"You said you are married to Camilla already? How is that possible?" Mr Agnes asked his son.
"Mom, you have always wanted a wife for me. So when I met Camilla I immediately studied her and came to realize she was a good wife. So we agreed and wedded in the Court." Caesar countered as he ran his finger down Camilla's hair who was blushing rapidly.
"Wow.. that Is okay. But why didn't you let us know. Your sisters too." His mother asked.
"It was meant to be a surprise for you mom, and I did it this way because that is what she wanted." Caesar cleared her.
"That is alright son, I love her for the first time I set my eyes on her and she is welcomed." Mr Agnes said.
"Welcome to the family." Yvanka, Ceaser second sister and last born of the house said and went for a hug.
Annie, was in chaos as she watched the man she is already falling in love with praise her step sister so much.
She couldn't understand while Camilla has changed her name to Phoenix and has settled for her fiance uncle.
Camilla has locked Annie's eyes almost five times since they were in the garden.
Annie was giving her eyes; it seemed as though she wanted to throw a dagger on her. But she returned it to her without giving a damn about it.
"I don't like her! No, I don't and can't accept her!" Axia spoke out, shaking her head vigorously.
"Exactly, I support that! She is not but a liar and gold digger!" Annie pouted.
"There is no way, you don't mean this. You got married to a slut?" Eric snapped, the frustration in his tone could be sensed.
Was he Jealous or what? He was the same person that humiliated her and cheated on her.
"What is going on here? What is freaking wrong with you all?" Caesar snarled; he couldn't understand the damn hatred.
"Slut?" You all just met her!" Caeser said his eyes were ticking in surprise.
"What is going on here!" Yvanka sneered at her nephew.
"Camilla is going on here! Eric snapped and pointed at Phoenix.
"Camilla? Who is Camilla?" Caesar asked bewildered.
"Camilla!" Grandma Agnes said in a whisper, the name was familiar.
"You must divorce her!" Eric barked.
