RECONCILIATION
"What are you doing here?" Can't you just leave someone to have his peace for a moment?" Dan's voice thundered as soon as he opened the door.
"Dan, please, I just need one two minutes of your time," Clara asked politely, with the expression of regret written all over her face.
"Two minutes." Dan emphasized and let her in.
"Yes, Dan. Just 120 seconds and nothing more. I promise."
"You can come in." He let her in with a disgruntled face.
"Dan, please, your absence is weighing me down. We can't be in the same house yet; avoid talking with each other and also sleep in different rooms. We're married, and this is not right." Clara explained in a trembling voice as she saw the gloomy expression on Dan's face.
"Damn it! Clara. At first, I thought I was the one destroying the marriage, and I changed my ways the moment I realized that loving you was part of my responsibilities, but..."
