"Young miss, you seem not to be bothered at all about what I told you. What are you suddenly turning into? At first, I thought you're a bit heartless, but now, you're becoming fearless as well?" Aunt Kendy said with much concern.
"I'm not heartless nor fearless, Aunty. You know I can never hate my father as much as you thought I do. The person you're seeing in there is not a ghost, that's my father. So Fred not!"
The echoing of those unbelievable words still left Aunt Kendy in shock.
"W–what do you mean by what you just said, young miss?" Her face was expressionless as she asked.
"I just said it now, that you're not seeing a ghost, aunt Kendy, that's my father you're seeing in there. I know you might be surprised, but he just arrived today. Remember when I left for the supermarket earlier, I just went to pick him up at the airport and bring him down here," Lila explained.
