It was clear that Dr. Frank valued Ye Qiu as a person and his medical skills highly.
"Hello, Dr. Frank."
After greeting Dr. Frank, Ye Qiu headed toward Henry's hospital room.
The hospitals and patient rooms in France—this was Ye Qiu's first visit, but he discovered they weren't much different from those in his home country.
One might even say that major hospital rooms back home were modeled after those abroad.
The only difference was the better welfare system overseas. Healthcare costs were reimbursed through government and personal insurance, so people didn't have to worry about going bankrupt after one major illness.
When Ye Qiu arrived at the door of Henry's room and knocked before entering, only Henry and a female nurse were inside.
Henry was lying on the bed, looking extremely haggard. When he saw Ye Qiu enter, a hint of emotion finally flickered across his face.
"Dr. Ye, hurry and treat me,"
Henry said.
