New Twists

"I thought I'd lost you forever," she murmured, her voice muffled against his shoulder. "I've searched for you across lifetimes."

"Never again," he replied, pulling back just enough to look into her eyes. "We're together now, and nothing can tear us apart. We were destined for this."

Their hearts swelled as memories of their past lives rushed back—their unbreakable bond as husband and wife, their roles as the greatest fighters in a world fraught with danger. They had faced unimaginable trials, but here, in this new life, they were ready to forge ahead together.

"Do you remember?" she asked, her eyes gleaming with the spark of familiarity. "We were warriors, unmatched in skill. We fought side by side against darkness, and together we will do so again."

"I remember," he replied, his voice steady. "Every battle, every triumph. We've always fought for the light, and we will do so again."

They stood back, their foreheads touching, a moment of shared understanding. Ren could feel the energy thrumming between them, a tangible connection that surged with possibility. "We have a mission to complete. There's still darkness in the world, and we are meant to face it together."

Lyra nodded, determination radiating from her. "Our bond is stronger than anything we've faced before. We'll harness our past experiences and skills to confront whatever challenges lie ahead." She took a deep breath, centering herself. "Together, we are unstoppable."

As if on cue, the forest around them seemed to respond to their resolve. The wind whispered through the trees, a gentle reminder of the forces at play. They felt the ancient energies coursing through the land, echoing the power that had once been theirs.

"Let's remember our training," Ren said, stepping back with purpose. "We need to hone our skills, prepare for whatever enemies we might encounter."

Lyra grinned, a fierce light igniting in her eyes. "I've missed this—training with you, pushing our limits." She took a stance, ready to engage, her body exuding strength and grace.

With a shared understanding, they began their practice, each movement fluid and instinctual. They flowed through the motions, their bodies responding as if guided by a force beyond themselves. Every punch, every kick felt like a dance—a harmony of power and precision that spoke of their past lives. They were not just fighters; they were a united force, two halves of a whole.

"Your form is strong," Ren commented as he blocked one of her swift strikes. "But you can channel more energy into your movements." He demonstrated a technique, his body moving with practiced ease.

Lyra nodded, absorbing his guidance. "And you can be more agile," she countered playfully, spinning to deliver a rapid series of strikes, testing his reflexes. Laughter echoed through the trees, mingling with the rustle of leaves as they sparred.

Time lost all meaning as they trained, their spirits lifting with each exchange. They were not just preparing for a mission; they were rediscovering each other, reigniting the passion that had always burned between them.

Finally, they paused, breathing heavily but exhilarated. "We've come so far," Ren said, looking at her with a mix of pride and admiration. "With our skills and our bond, we can overcome anything."

Lyra smiled, her heart swelling with love and determination. "Let's go fulfill our destiny together."

With renewed purpose, they clasped hands, a symbol of their unbreakable bond, and stepped forward into the future, ready to face whatever awaited them. Together, they would complete their mission, side by side as they had always been meant to be.

Both of them have remembered only a few things about their previous life, that they were husband and wife, how they died, what happened to them and that they have to complete a mission together in the future after 1000 years. This is all they have come to know till now.

But there are still many secrets about his previous life that his is yet to know. There are going to be such twists in his life in the future that you people would not have even expected about that thing.

Then he tells (Lyra) that you are very powerful. You have insane powers and strength. You would have killed me. It was my good luck that you did not kill me.Now here in reality my dead body would be in front of you!It was my good fortune that this did not happen.

Then Lyra tells him to forget whatever happened, it was all a misunderstanding or it was our bad luck that all this happened. If we had known all this earlier then this would not have happened.

Then he tells her that yes, you are absolutely right, it was just a bit of bad luck or it was God's wish that we both would meet each other in this way after 1000 years!

Then a blue transparent screen appears in front of him and his assistant is there. He starts telling him that master I already knew all this. Maybe because something is written about it in my system but not much is written.

Then he says to his assistant, how can you say all this. If you knew all this before then why didn't you tell me?

I did not tell you this because I was not given the permission to tell you all this and it was just written in my system that you are going to meet your old lost partner but I did not know that you will meet in this manner and all this will happen.

Then he says why is all this happening and what is happening. You have been designed by someone for me and you know more about me than I do. This means that the person who designed you knows a lot about me and he definitely has some connection with me, that is why all this is happening to me.Then he says in anger that who has designed you for me, give me the details right now.

Forgive me. Master, even though I am your assistant, I have absolutely no permission to tell you all this.
