Trevor had his brow raised, as he watched Caspian with a questioning look. The amber lights from the flames dancing on his face only made him look more ominous.

He asked again. This time even more irritated.

Just as Caspian was moved to reply the blinding rays from the rising sun finally met them, finding their way into their eyes.

Trevor let out a little hiss as he rushed to shield his eyes. Liam meanwhile had a grin on his face, basking in the sunlight like a flower out of its bud.

Caspian watched their reactions, before turning to the sun's rays and the motes that danced with it.

He had never had the pleasure of watching a proper sunrise before either. So he kept his eyes on the sun and its harsh rays. His eyes were much more durable so they could endure the heat for a little while longer.

Soon they were sharing the roasted meat Liam had been preparing, and had soon come upon a shocking discovery.
