Assassination Academy: Death's New Student

I was startled and quickly swung a punch at anyone who tapped me on the shoulder. Fortunately, it was blocked. I closed my eyes and opened them to see who had startled me. It was only Instructor X. 


"Why do you look so deep in thought?" I wasn’t sure whether to tell him about the mysterious man. I sighed before looking at the instructor. 


"It's nothing... Don’t mind me. What’s our lesson for today?" I changed the topic to redirect his attention to the lesson. He turned to face us all before speaking. 


"Class! Do you know why I had you practice meditation?" 


"Instructor X, everything you make us do has a reason," one of us responded. 


"Yeah! You're right, so today, we’ll practice using all your senses, except sight and taste. You will rely on your sense of touch, sense of smell, and sense of hearing." Instructor X took a box and placed it in front of us.
