Chapter 70

Lisa's POV

*Love, Noah slammed his head on the wall. We are heading to the clinic for an examination, and I might need his clothes.* I hesitated to tap the send button, but I did anyway.

Finally at the parking lot, I came down from the car, and I walked out, taking the kids at the back out, and I carried Noah, who had complained of a throbbing headache on his way here.

I just hoped it wasn't too serious; the bleeding had stopped, but I had way too many problems with head injuries to let this one slide. I needed to be sure it was just a surface-level bruise and it wasn't something severely serious.

For security reasons, I had my glasses and face cap, which I had worn everywhere I had ever walked out to, for obvious reasons. As I entered the clinic with three kids roughly the same age range, I walked straight to the receptionist.
