Chapter 91

Damian's POV

Ten minutes into the walk, I could feel the sweat build up beneath my arm, so I loosened the suit and swung it around my shoulders. I took my tie off, and I pulled the shirts a few buttons down.

Soon people started noticing who I was, there were a couple of flashes directed to my face and some way too close body contacts, but I waved as much as I could do, I smiled as much as I could, and I walked forward till I was sure I had exhausted the little will I had.

So I took a seat, and I rested for a while, staring at the streets from a distant view.

The birds in the sky, the little noise, the side glances. The fly perched on my hands, I flicked it away.

Another one hour. I haven't reached out for my phone either.
