'This feels familiar' Kai mused. Seeing the blue screen right in front of him first thing in the morning brought a sense of déjà vu to him. It had been barely 2 weeks ago but felt like a lifetime. A lot of things had changed and he felt that he himself had changed for the better in these past 2 weeks.
Shrugging off his thoughts, he finally looked at the screen in front of him.
Skill: Singing: Level 2 --->4
'Level 4?' He wondered. How did it completely skip level 3 and jump straight into level 4? Kai wondered before shrugging again. Throughout the week, multiple times he felt that he was close to leveling up but was held back by something. Maybe his last night escapade helped him get over that hump. A wave of relief washed over him and he directly skipped to the [Pending Missions] tab to check his progress
[Quest - Upgrade your singing to level 3 or above]
Time Limit - 15 days
Rewards - Mysterious Title, B-rank vitality elixir, 250 points.
Failure - The S.T.A.R System will be uninstalled and the user will live a sad life.
As soon as he saw the quest, the text suddenly turned green and notified as completed. After that, he saw another system prompt.
[Quest objective - Upgrade your singing to level 3 or above]
Status - Completed.
Rewards - Mysterious Title, B-rank vitality elixir, 250 points.

Kai immediately clicked Yes and the rewards were added to his profile. He then got another system prompt

Voice of Empathy - Using this title, the user is able to express his empathy 30% easier through his craft. So user's songs, acting and other skills have a 30% higher chance to invoke empathetic feelings thus increasing the overall impact of the performance.
Kai couldn't believe it! This was a very busted title! A 30% higher chance of being able to invoke empathy through his works would make him more appealing in every single stream he wanted to pursue. It would also make him more liked and thus more respected in the industry as well. Kai quickly shook his head and quickly looked at his overall stats.

'Hidden Quest??? There was a hidden quest too?' Kai's brain was fried from this information. He never suspected that there was a hidden quest when he was mentoring under Jeff to learn singing but now was super glad that he learned the piano as it helped him get another title and even a skill!
He then quickly clicked on [Claim].

Limit Break - Limit break allows the user to break his limits if/when he faces a difficult situation but possesses the mental fortitude to surpass it. The user has an additional 25% to deliver a stellar performance above his level]
'....what is this title? Is this even fair' Kai's jaw dropped reading this title and he just began to comprehend just how broken he will become if he could use the system to it's fullest capacity.
Trying to pick his jaw off the floor, he quickly went towards the [Mysterious Skill]

Observe - Observe allows the user to observe another artist for 10 seconds and comprehend their mannerisms to it's finest details. This can allow the user to increase the speed of his relevant skills if utilized properly. [Cooldown - 15 days.]
[NOTE - As the user hasn't used the skill before and is unaccustomed to it, the probability of severe headaches, is high as the skill is quiet stamina intensive]
"Woah. This skill is a real life cheat code." he just didn't have any words after the earlier titles to comment on how busted this skill was. Though there were 3 things he did notice
1.It did not have a level, thus couldn't be leveled up.
2.There was a chance of a small backlash which made it very risky in public situations.
3.It had a cooldown of 15 days and thus he couldn't spam this and be a legend overnight.
Which made it more appealing in his eyes. What was success if you didn't work hard for it. That was his philosophy anyway. He quietly looked at his updated stats again

Overall Kai was more than happy with his status screen and his eyes quickly fell to the B-rank elixir for which he worked so hard for. He quickly opened the inventory tab and he could see that the only thing available was the elixir. The icon showed a small glass jar with a blueish liquid swirling. Kai raised to retrieve the elixir but stopped himself short.
'Wait. How will I explain my recovery to everyone else if I just up and heal overnight???' The only word that escaped his lips after that thought was
"Fu*k."
