A month has passed, and the plans of Theron and Calla have started materializing. 


Theron bought the vacant piece of land beside him and he had the periphery walls built first. He then looked for another team to start with his additional courtyards. However, he changed his mind and decided to just add one courtyard. Now there is a very big empty space within his territory. The renovation of his old house will be the last because it will be the main house and the biggest. All constructions will be built with bricks and reinforced roofing. He doesn't have a wife now but if he does, then maybe he will know what to do with the open space.
