Changes

The next morning, he prepared clean water for drinking and three white steam buns. He left it on the bedside table. He wrote a few words. He doesn't expect her to wake up today but… just in case.

Before he went out of his bedroom, he checked her forehead and breathed a sigh of relief. It's good that she's now sleeping without a fever.

He prepared to go out. He found her scattered luggage and dowry chest and put them near the wrecked carriage so today, he planned to get them back.

He went around back near the bird coop. The black horse is awake and alert early in the morning. It seemed to be in perfect condition. Now he's thinking maybe he should give it a name.

"Blacky? Sounds like a dog. Midnight?" The horse grunted.

"It doesn't seem to like it… hmmm." the horse scratched his right front hoof.

"Fine, I will think about it, okay?" The horse snorted at him. He prepared to depart.
