Seven Years Later

There was a girl with orange hair, it was tied in a pony tail, she was talking toMr Jones a man in his forties they were standing close to the byre were the cows were kept and he was holding a big keg.

"Her take the milk, today own is fresh,thank you Mr.Jones she collects the keg and head to the mansion, merilda was heading towards the Xin mansion since Mrs. Margaret orderer her to collect some milk from the farm house that was not so far from the mansion .

Since the day Meridal began to walk she liked to explore everywhere she found out that the Xin family owned a farm house where they keep different type of farm animals, they also had a vast land for growing crops.

The most interesting part is that they own a coffee company and they have a big land for growing coffee . The Xin family are the richest family in the whole of Thailand, they are a four generation currently.

Walking into the big mansion merilda took the back door to the kitchen since her slippers was dirty. "Mrs.Magaret I have gotten the milk, merilda said as she put the keg on the counter of the large kitchen. she found Mrs. Margaret instructing a maid who was in her mid thirties to do make sure the other maids were done with their assigned job as the family were coming back early.

Waiting for Mrs.Magaret , the Head maid to finish assigning some duties to the woman in front of her. Mrs. Magaret turned and looked at the girl she had heard while talking to lucrezia she looked at merilda who was wearing a pink baggy shirt with a black short with her bare footed leg.

"Mrs. Margaret I have returned with the fresh milk merilda said with enthusiasm

This annoying girl why is she so active , gosh, Is that so she said as she walks to the kitchen inspecting the big keg.

Open it she said to merilda, Merilda opens it the woman takes a cup from the rack and she tells merilda to pour the milk for her, merilda obediently pour the milk. Mrs. Magaret taste the milk, to merilda she knew the milk tasted fresh and sweet and it seemed like Mrs Magaret liked it.

The woman with brown short hair said it was okay, raise the keg and put it in the the fridge.

Yes Mrs. Margaret, Merilda did as she was told,after that Merilda was about to go when the Head maid stopped her. "Where do you think you are going?".

I am going home I finished cleaning the four rooms, watering the plants in the east side of the garden Merilda said looking at the woman who looked like a witch that wanted to torment her life.

You haven't finished your work yet girl, you have a lot to do didn't your mum tell you.

I guess not, your sick mother didn't tell you anything, well that is good, you have to go and feed the chicken and bring back some fresh vegetables from the farm.

Here take this basket she gives Merilda a wooden basket .

"but this isn't my job to do, I have already done my duties beside I thought I would only do house chores, that what mother told me.

Well yes Mrs. Margaret smiled wickedly as for you, you are young so you have to do those stuff, you are here already who else is going to do it, here if you don't like it then just quit ,the woman walks away as the basket was left on the floor. Meridal picks the basket from the floor, that woman thinks she can do what she wants to other people she is going to get punished one day she said .

Merilda was already heading to the farm when she saw three cars were heading to the mansion she bowed as the car passed her.

Isn't that the maids daughter old Madam Xin who had been discharged from the hospital asked isn't that Miss Mey Daughter she asked her daughter-in- law, yes grandmother she is, why is she going to the farm the old lady asked.

"she must have her duties to be carried out mother you don't need to worry Mrs.Ruslana said.

You mean she is working for us what about her mother the old lady asked , she is bedridden and her daughter offered to take the place of her mother, What a sweet child Grandma xin said. The car stopped at the entrance of the mansion and they came out of the car.

While for Arthur he came out of the car with his father Mr. Matthew Xin.
