Chapter 28 - The Judgment and the Light of Hope

Flashback: At the House of Libra, fifteen days ago...

The atmosphere was heavy with tension and uncertainty. Elyra, captured by an angel, felt the weight of fate pressing on her shoulders. She carried the unease of not knowing what awaited her on Mount Olympus. The order was clear: her soul was needed for a dark ritual, commanded by the Emissary of Ophiuchus.

- Elyra: "Please, what do you want from me?" – Elyra pleaded, her gaze reflecting desperation as the emissary led her through the golden gates of the Mount.

Upon arrival, she was presented to the Emissary of Libra, Equinox. He was an imposing figure, his gleaming armor reflecting the lights of the constellations. In his hands, a scale pulsed with ancient power.

- Equinox: "You are here to be judged. Your soul will be extracted." – Equinox said, his deep voice echoing through the hall.

- Elyra: "Judged? But I haven't committed any sin!" – Elyra cried, her sweet voice tinged with fear.

Without averting his eyes, Equinox shook his head.

- Equinox: "The scale does not lie. Only souls tainted by one of the seven deadly sins are weighed here."

A blinding light emanated from the scale, enveloping Elyra in a radiant glow. She felt her soul being weighed against the burden of her choices, memories of her past flashing before her eyes. Then, the scale sealed her soul within itself, trapping her in the eternity of Sinful Judgment.

Back to the present...

- Elliot: "You're Midoki, right? My name is Elliot." – The voice of Elliot, a child dressed like the Emissary of Sagittarius, cut through the tension in the air. Midoki looked at him, surprised by the courage this young Ophanim displayed.

- Midoki: "Yes, that's me. And you seem… special." – He replied, intrigued. – "What can you do?"

Elliot smiled, a spark of determination in his eyes.

- Elliot: "I have a unique ability called Brisa. It's a manifestation of the Windes Segen that was placed in me from birth." – He looked at Midoki, the seriousness in his words marking the moment. – "I was an apprentice of Kentarou, the Emissary of Sagittarius. I'm here to help you."

- Midoki: "You were the apprentice of that Sagittarius Emissary… Kentarou?" – Midoki asked, astonished. – "That's incredible! Can you really help me?"

- Elliot: "That's why I'm here." – Elliot affirmed, his voice firm. – "My master risked his life to support you. He saw your potential, and now I'll join you to defeat Orpheus of Ophiuchus."

Meanwhile, in another part of Olympus...

Throk, Neptune, and Spink advanced toward the House of Virgo.

- Throk: "Raiga is awaiting Midoki's arrival, just like Spink requested." – Throk explained, glancing at the others.

Upon reaching the House of Virgo, they found Vagnos, the Emissary of Virgo. His presence was imposing, radiating a mystical aura, though he was in deep meditation—as if he had slumbered for millennia.

- Spink: "He looks so young..." – She murmured in awe. – "How can someone with so much power be in meditation for so long?"

- Neptune: "It's a mystery." – He replied cautiously. – "Awakening him could unleash an overwhelming force."

The trio chose to postpone any confrontation, respecting Vagnos's tranquility.

- Throk: "Let's move on. We still have challenges awaiting us in the next houses." – Throk suggested.

Meanwhile, Midoki and Elliot continued their journey.

- Midoki: "We're getting closer to the trials ahead." – He commented, gazing toward the vast horizon of Mount Olympus stretching before them.

- Elliot: "Yes, but we must not forget the responsibility we bear." – He said, his eyes shining with resolve. – "Elyra's story—and what she endured—must not be in vain."

- Midoki: "We must find her and set her free." – Midoki replied, feeling the weight of his own determination. – "The light that still burns within her must be restored."

With every step they took, their journey brought them closer to a future filled with hope and courage. The Houses of Olympus unfolded before them, promising redemption and liberation to those who still dared to fight.
