Chapter 30.8 - The Twilight of Limbo

In the vastness of the Limbo, where time and space distorted, Pyndera and Gyndera felt the weight of disappointment hang like shadows. The Guardian Mode, once a symbol of relentless strength, had proven unable to stop a mere needle. It was a bitter burden to bear.

Suddenly, a golden radiance burst through the darkness, vibrating between the light and shadow of the Limbo. The imposing form of Zyndera, the Dragon of Balance, emerged—its presence a reflection of the union between limbos. It hovered with the grandeur of a lost god, its golden aura a near-painful flare resonating through the very fabric of reality.

Meanwhile, the battlefield shifted to the House of Ophiuchus, where an ancient gate slowly opened, revealing the Temple of Hera. The goddess, regal and serene, sat upon her throne, the Jewel shimmering in her hands, awaiting the arrival of Lucifer. Her expression was a mix of patience and contained power.

Orpheus passed through the gate, his steps firm and unwavering, until he reached the center of the House of Ophiuchus. Before him, Throk and Elliot stood with fierce expressions. He gave a calculated smile.

- Orpheus: "Now that you've faced all my Zodiac Envoys," — Orpheus spoke with an unsettling calm — "I have no choice. I will finish this myself."

With a swift motion, he unleashed his Psychic Manipulation. The minds of Throk and Elliot were crushed by an invisible force, an overwhelming presence that made them hesitate, every thought echoing like a tremor between their souls.

Elliot narrowed his eyes, focusing as he struggled to resist. With agile precision, he fired a Luminous Arrow. Orpheus, his smile darkening, transformed the Ophiuchus Scepter into Kentarou's Sagittarius Bow, raised a hand, and invoked his Nemesis technique, conjuring a shadowy counterpart: the Dark Luminous Arrow. The light arrow and its dark mirror collided mid-air, exploding in a flare that lit the House of Ophiuchus like the clash of stars.

Each attack mirrored the other, an intense dance of light and shadow—where the duality between the two warriors made the battle feel almost like art. But Orpheus was determined to go further. Raising his hand, a malevolent energy began to wrap around Elliot. The Cellular Degradation technique took form—a cruel process of destruction that made him feel each cell eroding away.

Throk, in contrast, sensed the dawn approaching. The morning light began to rise, feeding him with the power of Sunrise – Sonne Segen. His body surged with renewed force, and he roared, unleashing the power of Rage. In an instant, Throk charged forward, fist clenched, channeling his energy into the Jawbreaker technique, which he delivered with crushing precision against Orpheus.

Orpheus, however, was no ordinary foe. Wielding Raiga's Lion Sword, he summoned the Flames of Darkness, cloaking himself in a shadowy aura as searing fire danced around him like ravenous serpents. He and Throk collided in a clash so intense that the very floor of the House of Ophiuchus cracked beneath the weight of their blows.

As Orpheus's sword came down with a flaming shadow slash, Throk caught the strike with one hand, his body now further empowered by the morning light. A wild gleam lit his eyes as he absorbed the attack through the power of the World Mystic Tree and countered with a devastating blow that forced Orpheus to retreat.

Elliot, now wrapped in the Breeze – Windes Segen, rose once more, feeling regeneration course through his body. His wounds sealed, and a newfound resolve filled his heart. He launched himself at Orpheus, releasing a Tornado Arrow Sequence that tore through the air—but Orpheus, with unyielding skill, blocked each one with the Lion Sword.

- Orpheus: "You're persistent, but it's all for nothing." — Orpheus mocked, a cruel glint in his eyes.

As the fierce battle raged within the House of Ophiuchus, a far deeper confrontation unfolded in the Limbo. Midoki, whose soul drifted through that distorted plane, stood before Zyndera. The towering dragon gazed at Midoki with eyes that shimmered like ancient stars.

- Zyndera: "You cannot return, Midoki. The Limbo will imprison you forever." — Zyndera's voice echoed with cosmic gravity, making the very air vibrate.

But Midoki did not falter. Feeling his spirit expand, he met Zyndera's gaze with silent strength. A vortex of cobalt-blue energy began to rise from the dragon—a manifestation of its essence. The energy slowly consumed the very Limbo, tearing through its boundaries.

As Zyndera faded into a radiant shimmer, Midoki emerged, the cobalt-blue aura now forming within his spirit, consuming the vastness around him.
