Morning runs were mandatory.
Luo Yang was the head coach, responsible for training everyone.
This was no small responsibility, so he had to accept it reluctantly.
Usually, he had a habit of staying in bed.
Now as a coach, he had to urge everyone to get out the door as quickly as possible.
A few laps, then some practice of the Horse Stance and the like, for at least half an hour.
Once the training was over, everyone could do as they pleased.
"Sister An, Sister Guihua, hurry up and change your clothes and put on your shoes," Luo Yang said.
Tang Guihua and An Yuying went about their pre-run preparations.
Shuang Qiao were still lounging in bed, twisting their bodies a little, appearing as if they wanted to get up, but not quite managing it.
"Big Sister Qiao, Little Sister Qiao, get out of bed now," Luo Yang urged.
"It's so early," Qiao Zai Shui lazily stretched.
Those not used to morning exercises indeed found it hard to adapt.
