Aether burgers through his room, he Aether looks down at his clothes. "I don't even need clothes; mine changes," he mutters, smirking at the thought. He heads for the door, tossing back, "Take everything you need from there—maybe even the sheets."

Zahra and Mirakos nod, already ransacking his room with unspoken efficiency.

They regroup at the training grounds: Aether with only his clothes and his sword strapped tight, and Mirakos hauling an entire suitcase like it weighs nothing. The luggage is adorned with a large bull design, its eyes almost bulging out.

"Well-well, that's what you're taking?" Kar remarks, his eyes widening in disbelief.

Kai stirs awake from his nap nearby. "Forty-five minutes passed," he says, wiping at his sleepy eyes with a groggy sigh.

"You're not coming?" Aether asks, tilting his head.
