As the mysterious figure appear behind them, Sora and Naomi both turnsl around to see a man dressed in all black like an assassin Sora observes the man in black realizing this is not an officer of the city he quickly steps in front and shields Naomi behind him.

Sora: who are you?!

The man sighs "I was after the girl's head for coming here last time now she brings a friend, I'm sorry but I'm gonna have to end the both of you here".

Sora: yells I asked who are you?!!

Man in black: I'm the one who guards this place more like the who separate curious people from their heads.

It finally dawns on Sora that their lives are in danger.

Sora: whispers I'm going to charge at him while I deal with him I want you to escape.

Naomi: whispers back what?! You want to fight that guy, he looks like he can kill you in matter of seconds.

Sora: whispers what? You wanna fight him while I escape? Just shut up and do.

She sadly nodsand waits for his signal, Sora charges at the man in black and yells "go!" So Naomi takes off to the other direction, the man is taken off guard as Sora charges at him.

Man in black: oh? Do you think you can buy enough time for her to escape? I'm afraid tha-.

Gets caught off by Sora's abnormally fast punch for a youngster, the man in black is shocked by this and immediately stays on guard against the incoming punches ("what is this? Why does his punches carry this much power and speed at this age? What's his background? He skills doesn't look average but I haven't seen him in any of the noble families before, no he's dark skin, no matter I'll just knock him out for now") the man in black thinks to himself while evading Sora's punches he throws a powerful punch to Sora's stomach wanting to knock him out but Sora holds the his hand, smirks the lands a heavy blow to the man's chin knocking him back a few steps.

Man in black: you're quite durable kid, I know I didn't go easy on you with that punch with you're still standing... What's your name?

Sora: you're planning to kill me shy should I tell you?

Man in black: my name is Blake they call me Blake the serpent I would like you to be my apprentice and I'll spare your lives.

Sora eyes widen to this proposal, he wasted no time in agreeing.

Sora: yes as long as you don't harm Naomi I'll do what you want!

Blake: good I'll-.

A sudden scream from the forest, knowing it's Naomi's voice Sora runs towards the direction without a second thought Blake also follows after him ("this brat is also fast on his feet") Blake thinks "NAOMI!!!" Sora screams but no response "NAOMI" Sora screams again yet no response, he suddenly stop sniffs the air and change his course slightly to the right and starts running towards the direction.

Blake: (what is this kid... don't tell me he can sense her! Just what are you?).

Sora's run break when he sees another man in black with stanes of blood all over, Sora's eyes widen as he sees Naomi's lifeless body on the floor he turns back to Blake with a horrified expression.

Sora: yo- you knew this would happen did you?

Blake: how would I know that?

Sora: don't play dumb with me, you knew you had a companion out here that's why you didn't go after the escaping target.

Other mib[man in black]: Blake why is this brat talking like he knows you?

Blake: sighs I guess you have to die after all.

Just as Blake finish talking Sora feel blood lust from behind and quickly evades the other mib trying to stab him.

Sora: !tsk.

Other mib: oh? He's good~.

Blake: be careful Zack, he's skilled enough to land a blow on me.

Zack: shock this brat landed a hit on you? Were you sleeping?

Blake: I was on guard now shut up and focus he getting away.

Sora made a run for it and the two mib chase after him.

Zack: someone skilled enough to hit you? In the imperial army he'll be at a captain rank already but too bad we have to kill a him.

Sora runs into the mysterious temple heading straight for the secret door Zack notices this and throws a dagger which pierces Sora's chest from back to front despite the excruciating pain Sora manages to get in the door, unintentionally steps on a second booby trap that closes the passage, it seems to be a switch not a trap, before Zack and Blake enters the door was completely shut.
