Chapter 160

Aaliyah

After spending some time in the bathroom, I stood in front of the mirror, deciding whether I should braid my hair or leave the curls to fall freely.

Braiding would take too much of my time, so I decided to leave the curls.

Taking a step back, I stared at my reflection in the mirror. I was dressed in a white blouse and a plain black skirt.

I took a deep breath, nodded my head in satisfaction, and then left the room. Finding my way to Tristan's room, I saw him seated on the floor with his toys spread out in front of him.

"Mama," he said upon seeing me, and he got up from the floor and hurried toward me. Lifting him up, I carried Kieran to his bathroom to prepare him for the day.

After that, I took him downstairs for breakfast. Just then, the door opened, and Tristan walked in on us eating.

"You are coming with me," Tristan said as he entered the dining room. "We have a meeting to attend."
