Ariel was pushing the cart in the mall with Jace sitting inside it, munching on a snack.
She was absentmindedly looking around the Isles as she walked by, her mind thinking about what Aiden had told her before he left her apartment a few hours ago.
"No matter what, it's me and you in the end,"
She was imagining what Aiden was planning to do to convince her to come back to him. Honestly, he didn't need to do much; she could already feel herself leaning toward him; the only problem was Moon and her child; that kind of family drama wasn't what she needed at this point in her life.
"Boo,"
"Oh!" Ariel blinked after she gasped, she looked behind her to find Jewel smiling widely at her.
"Jewel, you're too old for this," She sighed, shaking her head with a little frown.
Jewel shrugged, "One's never too old for fun, darling," He moved beside her and placed a hand on his shoulder.
