ARAGON COULDN'T understand it, but in front of his eyes, the duchess was really losing his mind.
"Nina, get me paper and pen, and Dillon…"
"Yes… Captain." The soldier that brought him to the cell answered. Aragon turned back to Nanette, who was a muttering mess.
"Get me the keys to the cell."
"But, captain, it is dangerous. You don't know what she would do or how she would react."
"Just get the keys… would you?"
Dillon looked at Nanette, then back at the captain. "I understand I will get it now."
Soon, the cell was opened, but Aragon didn't move yet. He was waiting to see if it was all an act, and she was going to leap at him just to escape.
But she didn't. The duchess didn't move from his position.
