She was shaken by the extent of the drug's reach; now she understood why the mission has a duration of a year.

Ding! An email notification sounded from her phone. She picked it up and opened the file, seeing the drug wine test results had come in.

Her heart chilled as she read: High concentration of wolfsbane and 70 percent fragments of Red pill. Cold sweat covered her back as she imagined what would have happened if she hadn't stopped him in time.

She didn't know what the consequence might have been, and she was suddenly grateful for her sharp senses.

Then came the blinding rage. Her hand gripped the tabletop, her fingers cracking, nails changing into claws as they pierced the wood.

She took deep breaths, trying to restrain the monster inside her, but it had been a long time since she had felt this way and it was hard for her to control. Stumbling, she rose from the chair as her vision blurred.
