The background and character are portrayed good but I just don’t like how this story dragged on. The MC have so many potential to easily revenge but she is too overly cautious. She being a doctor with unparalleled skills and can easily get rid of the white lotus or torture her using some slow acting poison, but she has done the least revenge but just kept getting abuse. All she ever received was getting abuse and barely winning in face slapping event or to always trying to avoid disaster. I found myself angry reading this novel. So disappointing. If reading the MC constantly getting abuse with small amount of success in retaliation is your thing than proceed. I won’t be continuing.

With a strong female lead, we know she won’t stay with her shi** ex husband! She comes from a powerful background and she will have two adorable cute babies!!! This is a new soul entering the old body. She is really taking her time in order to have everything set up and break free from where she currently lives. If anyone knows the raws to this please comment down below! This is soo good!! Also, the translation is very good! 😊

Warning to anyone curious about this book - it's listed as complete but it arbitrarily stops in a really unsatisfying place. I loved the main character and her new friends so much, so I was really looking forward to her finally getting past all the abuse she put up with. But then the chapters end before she really gets there. I did enjoy this, but am currently feeling frustrated that I paid all those coins for the drawn out portions and never got the satisfaction of seeing her fully thrive because the author stopped writing.

Great story, but it's not finished. Marked as complete but more like abandoned. Waste of coins.

The book is entertaining, but it repeats the same thing for over 200 chapters. The FL keeps claiming to hate the man who hurt her, but she always finds a way to have him interact with her even well into chapters 400+. There is no character growth for anyone and most traps can be avoided. However, to keep the story going, the FL always falls into traps.

I wish I read the reviews before spending money of the book. It’s a really good read but don’t get hooked on it. It’s been abandoned halfway. And I truly mean half way, not close to the ending.
