Rose didn't realize thr issue till they were back safe and sound. Yes, why did that person help her? She didn't know them. That was puzzling. Why would she use her ID to get them in?

Rose had charms. She had made those when she was in the human world. Now she could use them..

If she still jad magic, she would have made a paper plane that would take and charm and drop it at the location. No need to leave house. But now, she could use her magic sparingly. Spells like those became a luxury for her.
