Kai mentioned Landon earlier. But she assumed he had already left since Kai was heading out of the hotel. 

So, then, why was Landon here?

Lucy couldn't tell if this was her imagination playing in front of her because she was thinking of him.

But she knew if this was all real, she'd be in big trouble.

Landon had been obsessively looking for her. And now that she was in front of him, she didn't know what he would do.

Lucy didn't notice her body was tense. Time seemed to still between the two of them.

And all the memories they shared and spent together poured out like glass shards scattered all over the space.
