"I am your chosen mate, what has come over you?!"

Almeida screamed.

Huh? Chosen mate? Gia frowned in confusion, turning to properly look at Almeida.

Her brown eyes were flashing with anger.

She would have never expected someone to willingly choose him as their mate despite his horrible attitude.

"What attracted him to her?" She pondered.

"Humm, you can classify that as a mistake or probably ignorance" Zayed replied jokingly with a chuckle while he strolled to stand beside Gia with his hands tucked in his pocket. He was completely unfazed by Almeida's boiling anger.

His laid-back attitude was the complete opposite of the ruthless Alpha they knew.

His power hungry nature has never been hidden and he is never sympathetic but Zayed even with the same appearance does not care about all that.

"As long as she is happy. Then I don't care about anything else" He continued and fondly pat Gia on the head.
