Gia stood staring at the full moon under a tree close to the buildings.
She was so absorbed in the scenery that she did not hear the footsteps that slowly approached her.
"The moon looks fuller tonight" The person said, breaking the silence and causing her to jump back a little.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to startle you" he apologized, while looking a little troubled.
Gia's expression broke into a smile and she chuckled lightly before turning to look back at the sky.
"It's fine, I wasn't startled". She replied in a soft tone.
"It..must be nice to be out of there." He added after a little pause and Gia slowly turned to look back at him.
Since she met him behind the tree yesterday at Whitestone pack, everything had felt and still felt surreal to her.
Smiling at his word, she nodded.
"How did you end up there?" He asked suddenly.
"I'm sorry if I'm too nosey".
