Never mess with the Black Cicadas. Ever.

This was an unspoken rule that was widely known and obeyed throughout the entire assassin scene.

Members of the Tiro list, Maven list, Maestros list, and even members of the list of Titans all acknowledged this rule without question.

And honestly, who could blame them?

The leader of the Black Cicadas, presumbly named Lin Zhu, was known to be immune to bullets after all.

Only members in the secretive lists higher than the list of Titans never had to concern themselves with such a rule.

But still, since nobody in the secretive list had ever bothered or even cared enough to try and openly mess with them besides the Golden Cobra, who operated in secrecy, that rule remained untouched.

It wouldn't be until Ronald randomly killed her off a few years later that the rule would eventually fade into obscurity.
