Clark also suffered injuries, ending his season early. To make room on the team's roster, he left the Crimson Tide Storm and moved into the practice squad.


Actually, Clark had basically left the team, preparing for graduation and future employment. The only reason he stayed in the Crimson Tide Storm's practice squad was because he couldn't bear to leave; it was a long goodbye. He hoped he could at least accompany the team through the last game of this year.


To be precise, because of his injury, there was a very limited amount of things Clark could do in the practice squad. Burns noticed that Clark hoped to stay with the Crimson Tide Storm through the last year of college, so he had Clark help organize training logs and establish training plans to make himself useful.
