Off-season training officially began.

Despite Watt stressing again and again that the first day, and even the first week, was just a warm-up, a gradual process allowing everyone to adjust, to shift from vacation mode to training mode,

It was clear that the beast's perception differed significantly from that of the average person.

Or should one say, Watt had some critical misunderstandings to clarify about the term "warm-up"?

Starting with aerobic exercise then moving on to strength training, followed by explosive power training, core strength training, flexibility training, and finally looping back to aerobic exercise.

Based solely on "quantity," it might not seem excessive; the regimen even included variety with all sorts of exercises designed to protect muscles and joints, improve bodily balance, and reduce the risk of injury, making the monotonous training diversified.
