"Yes, the fire, water, earth, and air elements that predominantly characterize the wizarding schools. They correspond to the four most common elemental affinities," she explained.
Rein nodded in understanding.
It seemed the reason why these four elemental affinities were so common among humans was that they had been passed down from ancient times, and the number of schools related to them was the greatest.
Rare categories, like metal magic, struggled to survive wars and other calamities, and many had been lost to the annals of history.
"So, there's not a single school for metal magic now?" Rein still couldn't let it go and questioned further.
"Unfortunately, Lord Rein, as far as my experience goes, I haven't heard of any schools that focus on metal witchcraft. Of course, it's possible that my experience is simply insufficient," Naya said, shaking her head.
