When Reine first saw Baron, he knew the other must be a Great Knight.
The opponent's muscles were knotted, his stride rhythmic, and his breathing steady and powerful. Facing him felt like confronting an imminent volcanic eruption, filled with danger and that burgeoning Strength.
Essentially, Reine was quite certain that Captain Baron's Strength even surpassed that of Wollard.
The other had to be at least a senior Great Knight, no, very likely a Peak Knight.
However, Reine was still somewhat surprised at the moment.
Because he had originally thought that the captain of the navy's special department, the Dragonfish Squad, would most likely be a formal Wizard, but he did not expect him to still be a Great Knight.
Could it be that formal Wizards were really so few?
At least up to this point, he had not encountered one.
Or was there some other reason?
