Bai Zhongqi had planted a super fusion bomb inside the Benefactor's flying saucer, which directly destroyed the Benefactor's base, as well as four warships of the Benefactors that were docked at the base. These warships could have possessed very strong defensive capabilities, but since they were docked, their shields were not activated. When attacked by the super fusion bomb, most of their hulls and internal equipment were destroyed. Most importantly, all the personnel manning the warships perished.
