After arriving at Lieque Star, Bai Zhongqi brought together high-level officials from the Star Alliance government and the Universe Army for talks with the Silver Feather Army.


The Silver Feather Army was loyal to the Chancellor, but they strongly rejected direct command from the Star Alliance or members of the Iridium Star.


Bai Zhongqi sat in the meeting, watching Governor Nian Deng and Universe Army Commander Xiao Yu argue fiercely.


"The Silver Feather Army is part of the Star Alliance. The Chancellor has specifically granted you independent administrative powers to implement your customary laws on Lieque Star.
