A person is disappointed because the things they hope for do not come to fruition. Yongxi had wholeheartedly believed that the scheme he had designed would permanently nail Bai Zhongqi, the criminal seed, yet there he was, standing right in front of him.


Yongxi couldn't deny that Bai Zhongqi was superior to him in both the use of Star Energy and strategic planning, which made him a rival impossible to surpass. It was only with the augmentation of various arrangements by the fishbowl and the Pilgrims that he was fully confident he could kill the criminal seed, but in a direct confrontation, Yongxi knew he would still lose.
