The old man glanced at Chen Yang's slightly flushed face, a hint of a conspiratorial smile appearing on his face.
"Mr. Chen, why haven't you let Xiao Cui come to learn medicine from you lately?" the old man suddenly brought up Xiao Cui, while refilling Chen Yang's glass to the brim.
Chen Yang was a bit confused, but his mind was still quite clear.
"I've been busy recently, and I've taught her what I had to teach. Teaching her anything else would be useless," Chen Yang replied.
"Oh, I see," the old man nodded, then raised his glass, "Come on, let's have another one."
Chen Yang, not thinking too much, saw him raise his glass and picked up his own, continuing to drink.
In that manner, they drank two more bottles.
Both men unknowingly drank themselves into a stupor.
Feeling truly dazed and starting to feel the effects of the alcohol, Chen Yang quickly waved his hands indicating that he couldn't drink anymore.
It was about time to head back.
