Alexander took her hand in his, squeezing it gently. "We'll figure it out together. We can adjust your work schedule, delegate tasks, and bring in additional support if needed. The most important thing is that we're both on the same page and that we're flexible with our plans."

Sophia smiled, feeling a wave of relief. "That sounds like a good approach. I want to be involved in the company, but I also want to be present for our child. It's going to be a big adjustment, but I'm willing to make it work."

Just then, a knock at the door interrupted their conversation. Alexander stood up and opened it to reveal a delivery person with a large box. "For you," the person said, handing the box to Alexander before leaving.

Sophia raised an eyebrow. "What's that?"

Alexander carried the box over to her, setting it down with a grin. "I thought it might be nice to start preparing the nursery. I ordered a few things that we'll need."
