The Elf Royal Court does not refuse the entry of other races, and as long as one makes enough contributions to Jade City, they can even earn the right to live there for the long term.
This is quite attractive to many people who love nature.
For this reason, Jade City has developed more and more rapidly over the past several centuries, and its status within the Elf Kingdom has become increasingly important.
The Moon Elf-controlled Elf Land doesn't mind these developments and even tends to support Jade City.
However, for both the Elf Royal Court and the Elf Capital, Jade City is somewhat an anomaly.
After all, both of those long-established places are controlled by the Sun Elf Family, and in some sense, the upper echelons of Jade Capital have enough strength but not necessarily the corresponding status and power within the Elf Kingdom.
They united to establish the precursor to Jade City and have developed it since then.
