The ordinary yet not so ordinary detective, Wen Wen, woke up in a mental hospital and discovered that his right hand was connected to a mysterious space called the 'Catastrophe Containment Facility,' from which he could acquire the powers of the monsters imprisoned within!
By capturing a vampire, he gained a formidable physique;
By capturing a ghost, he could turn invisible and pass through walls;
By capturing a fox spirit, he could charm the opposite sex...
In short, in order to obtain more powerful abilities, Wen Wen began to diligently capture monsters, thereby stepping into the strange world of superpowers and seeing the hidden truths behind the curtain...

PS1: Inspiration partly comes from the Cthulhu Mythos and the SCP Foundation, but I'm only borrowing some elements, not a direct copy, and I hope everyone likes it.

Catastrophe Containment Facility

Wings of Steel unfolded behind Wen Wen, and his speed escalated to a higher tier than before, but he could only barely drag Xiuluman through the chaos of Yueshan City.


During the escape, Wen Wen nearly traversed half of the West City District, where everywhere he saw was in total disarray, battles raging at every corner, littered with the corpses of Tiger-like Tribes.


Throughout the chase, Xiuluman constantly shot those exceptionally powerful rays, destroying everything around Wen Wen. Fortunately, Wen Wen was never hit, but many Tiger-like Tribes dragged into this were not so lucky.


Initially, the Tiger-like Tribes could organize some manpower to effectively counterattack the Demon Hunters, but with Xiuluman's reckless intrusion, many of their arrangements were destroyed, and they were further suppressed by the Demon Hunters.
