After an ancient human killing virus buried deep in the pyramids of Egypt leaked into the world , two thirds of the population was wiped out and the rest was left in disarray. William , one of the leading scientists trying to find a cure for the virus was sealed in a bunker when the infection was at it's worst. Over forty years later , humanity lost its place as the leaders of the world and degraded to scattered savages .
