Moreover, Bochang was outnumbered and under siege.
This made the situation even more unfair.
Before the onslaught of blades and fiery pillars reached him,
Bochang pondered how to break free from the spatial constraints.
Achieving absolute speed would certainly be viable.
Unfortunately...
Bochang's current speed fell short of that requirement.
Stacking fire lotuses for intense combustion could work, albeit slowly.
Additionally, Silver Wolf didn't seem concerned about this escape method.
"Since the system presents an option to educate Silver Wolf..."
"It implies there must be a way within my current capabilities..."
Recalling how Phantylia had knocked his prized sword out during their encounter, Bochang realized it's always wise to think before engaging physically.
After all, not utilizing one's mind is simply wasteful.
Amidst a flurry of thoughts,
A sudden realization struck Bochang.
"Aha... I can utilize the recoil from Dragon Blast to effortlessly cover this distance."
"I'll call it the third standard power of the Dragon Talisman."
"However, this method puts immense strain on my body."
Without the Horse Talisman's magic,
Bochang would never dare attempt such a maneuver.
But with the Horse Talisman's power at his disposal, he felt confident enough to give it a try.
In essence...
After acquiring the Horse Talisman, Bochang became incredibly difficult to kill. As long as he wasn't instantly defeated, even severe injuries posed little threat.
This was one reason why
Bochang remained unflappable despite being surrounded by the Stellaron Hunters.
Having made his decision,
Bochang, already engulfed in raging flames, crouched slightly and then charged fiercely towards the Silver Wolf.
The magic power of the Dragon Talisman erupted from beneath his feet, providing tremendous propulsion.
Like a jet-powered rocket, Bochang swiftly hurtled towards the Silver Wolf.
As he soared at high speed, still clad in his bathrobe, ugly cracks appeared on Bochang's bare feet.
Beneath the skin, gruesome flesh was visibly exposed.
Blood attempted to seep out but instantly vaporized due to the intense heat.
The excruciating pain overwhelmed Bochang's mind, and just in time, he utilized the Horse Talisman's magic to heal himself, preventing him from fainting.
This agony was far more severe than Bochang had anticipated. His eyes turned red, fueled by an inexplicable surge of fury.
Behind her goggles, the Hacker Girl's eyes widened slightly as she watched Bochang momentarily pause before effortlessly crossing through the space she had repeatedly folded.
Blade tried to follow suit but was struck head-on by the Dragon Blast previously launched by Silver Wolf.
It seemed Blade had no intention of evading.
With a deafening boom, Blade emerged scorched and battered.
Kafka found it almost unbearable to watch. Although Blade's intelligence decreased significantly after unleashing his Mara-Struck form, he wouldn't normally fail to dodge attacks. However, this time, Blade didn't attempt to evade.
Caught within the folded space, Blade had no room to dodge; instead, he chose to endure it head-on, knowing he couldn't die.
The immortality granted him such audacity.
Earlier, Silver Wolf used the spatial restraint to trap Bochang, but now it hindered Blade's movements.
Moreover, the hacker girl couldn't cancel the spell as she needed to face the imminent threat of Bochang.
"Dodge? Can't... I can't avoid this strike."
Silver Wolf's adrenaline surged.
Bochang's Speed was too great.
Confident that she couldn't evade, facing the incoming blue spear, she gritted her teeth and repeated her earlier maneuver by opening a teleportation portal.
However, this time the colorful barrier's portal did not appear in front of her but behind.
The genius hacker girl aimed to escape.
Before Bochang could reach her, his Invisible Hand struck first, just as anticipated.
Anticipating danger, Silver Wolf blocked the approaching Invisible Hand with several flying colored cubes just before it reached her.
"By waiting until the attack is imminent to defend, unlike Blade's constantly open Wind Wall... Could she actually see the Invisible Hand?"
Despite enduring immense pain from the Dragon Talisman's third-rated power, Bochang maintained his composure.
The blue spear thrust forward.
Silver Wolf parried with her large sword resembling a hidden blade, intending to use the recoil to slip through the portal behind her.
Unfortunately for her, Bochang had other plans.
His spear pierced the sword, then with a gentle flick, pulled Silver Wolf back out of the partially entered colorful barrier.
Tension gripped the hacker girl's heart.
As she struggled to regain balance mid-air,
she prepared to unleash her Blade ability.
Bochang didn't give Silver Wolf a chance. With a leap and a punch, he struck her directly in the abdomen, sending her soaring upwards.
Intense pain surged through the hacker girl's body.
Mid-air, Silver Wolf curled up like a scalded, bright-red shrimp.
Throughout her career, this was the first time someone had breached her proud defenses solely with their physical prowess.
Feeling somewhat numb and her mind blank, the hacker girl sensed she wasn't facing just any Fate Traveller but rather a close-combat type Emanator.
"Got you now."
Using his Invisible Hand, Bochang immobilized Silver Wolf's limbs, swiftly straightening them out into a spread-eagle position.
Turning around, Bochang floated high above, looking down at Kafka and Blade.
"Stellaron Hunters...you cannot defeat me."
Had Kafka, Blade, and Silver Wolf fought together, they might have stood a chance against Bochang.
Unfortunately...
With Bochang capturing Silver Wolf first, this battle was effectively over.
Despite the incessant sounds of explosions around him, Bochang's hearing remained unaffected.
"Hmm... indeed, once Silver Wolf fell, Bladie and I alone cannot match you." Kafka stepped forward, closing her umbrella and looking up at the blazing figure hovering above.
Bochang's current form exuded immense power, especially after effortlessly defeating Silver Wolf.
While part of it could be attributed to the hacker girl's lack of proficiency in close combat and slight underestimation,
the fact remained that Silver Wolf had been defeated.
This clearly demonstrated Bochang's strength.
"I didn't expect you to become so powerful just nine days later."
Kafka spoke casually, as if discussing trivial matters.
Meanwhile, Blade, who had just freed himself from his restraints, paused heavily, ready to strike.
"Listen... Bladie," Kafka interjected, "stop right there."
Upon hearing this, the beast-like man instantly calmed down.
Bochang frowned slightly. "Kafka, let's not pretend familiarity. What exactly brings you and the Stellaron Hunters here?"
Assuming their intent was simply to kill him seemed implausible. If the Stellaron Hunters planned to eliminate him, Kafka wouldn't have remained idle; her intervention could have significantly altered the outcome. Bochang wasn't entirely confident he could swiftly defeat and capture Silver Wolf with her interference.
This scenario also aligned with the system's options. Only by choosing to avoid confrontation would the Stellaron Hunters relentlessly pursue him. To prevent these interruptions, Bochang decided to confront them directly.
