The sudden knock startled Bochang, causing his eyes to snap open instantly.

"Who is it? It couldn't be March 7th and the others, right? Wait... weren't they still out having fun? They wouldn't return so soon, and judging by the knocking, it doesn't sound like them..."

Thoughts raced through Bochang's mind as he swiftly covered Stelle with the quilt. "Who is it?"

"It's me, your benefactor."

Qingni's voice came from outside the door.

Ah, Yukong's daughter. That was a relief; all that worry for nothing.

"What brings her here? Well, never mind... As long as it's not March or the others." Bochang sighed in relief. "Oh, it's the Helmsman of Aerial Division's daughter. What can I do for you?"

"Benefactor, my mother has already told me about your guidance last night, allowing me the opportunity to become an aerialist. So...so I wanted to come over and express my gratitude," Qingni's voice echoed through the door.

Bochang replied, "No need, Miss Qingni. It was merely a small gesture. The Helmsman's actions were indeed somewhat inhumane, so intervening was the right thing to do."

As they continued their conversation...

The gray-haired girl hidden beneath the quilt had opened her golden eyes, their faint glow still visible. Holding onto Bochang tightly, she subtly shifted her body, pressing closer against him.

Bochang suddenly felt a surge of excitement.

---Harmonious dividing line---

Feeling something amiss, Stelle lifted her head and looked at Bochang.

"You still carry weapons even while sleeping..." she whispered softly.

Startled, Bochang quickly grabbed her hand.

"These aren't weapons; don't be curious, it could lead to accidents."

Confused, Stelle slowly typed out several question marks with her fingers.

Though unsure of the situation,

she decided not to pursue further questions since Bochang had already expressed concern.

"Does my benefactor have some time now?" Qingni continued.

Bochang pondered for a moment.

"I do have time, um... Miss Qingni, why don't you come inside instead? This feels somewhat awkward."

"All right."

Qingni pushed open the door and entered.

Now sitting upright, Bochang held Stelle tightly against him. Since they were pressed closely together, there was little chance anyone would notice anything unusual. As Qingni stepped in, Bochang discreetly used his Invisible Hand to hide Stelle's shoes and clothing.

As Stelle heard the foxfolk entering, she felt a touch of nervousness.

Bochang, however, remained unperturbed. Even if they were discovered, with the power of the Monkey Talisman, he could effortlessly transform Stelle into something like a tiny hamster.

Yet there was no need for that.

Moreover, Qingni wouldn't likely come over to lift the quilt and reveal them.

Seeing Bochang sitting on the bed, Qingni remarked, "Oh, I see our benefactor was taking a nap... It seems I arrived at an inconvenient time."

"Not at all, I was nearly awake anyway." Bochang extended his hand, gesturing her to sit down.

Qingni complied and took a seat.

The ordinary foxfolk maiden lacked any excessive charm; she resembled more of a girl next door, evoking a strangely familiar feeling.

Of course...

At that moment, Bochang's predominant sensation was excitement.

Having a young maiden seated beside him while holding another exquisite beauty in his arms was simply exhilarating.

The constant fear of being discovered made Stelle's body tense. She wondered why Bochang allowed Qingni inside, but it was too late now.

All Bochang could do was take it step by step.

Qingni began hesitantly, "If you have time, benefactor, I'd like to show you around Central Starskiff Haven..."

"That...I think I'll pass. Today, I just want to rest at Yichen Inn; no plans for sightseeing," Bochang replied bluntly.

Feeling somewhat disappointed, Qingni chatted casually with him for a few more moments before taking her leave. As she exited, she courteously closed the door behind her.

Stelle peeked out from under the quilt, looking directly into Bochang's eyes.

"Why did you let Qingni come in earlier? It felt so risky. If she had seen me lying in your arms, March might have found out too. Then, she would surely stay glued to my side, making it much harder for us to get another chance like this."

After Stelle's lengthy explanation, Bochang simply responded, "Don't worry, Qingni wouldn't have discovered you."

Seeing his reassurance...

the gray-haired girl didn't dwell on the matter further.

Regardless, Qingni indeed didn't discover anything.

Bochang and Stelle continued their affectionate whispers, lost in each other's company.

Suddenly, Stelle asked, "Bochang, do you think I might already be carrying your child?"

"???"

Bochang typed out several question marks, expressing his confusion.

Seeming to read the bewilderment on Bochang's face, Stelle explained, "I heard that when lovers sleep together, they can conceive a child."

"Well... We haven't reached that step yet," Bochang replied with a polite smile.

"I want..." Stelle began.

"No, you don't." Bochang quickly covered Stelle's mouth.

His decision was influenced by the recent system prompt. If Bochang were to proceed with Stelle now, it would inevitably lead to a Big Booty slap from March 7th. And what would happen after that? It was hard to predict how March 7th might react. The previous incident involving Phantylia, who might still harbor resentment against him even now, served as a cautionary tale...

Back at the Seal of the Tree of Foundation, Phantylia had disregarded Jing Yuan and Herta entirely, focusing her aim solely on Bochang, which demonstrated just how furious she was.

If March 7th were to indeed deliver a Big Booty slap, it could be a long time before she would speak to Bochang again.

Such an incident would undoubtedly leave Bochang feeling lonely. After all...

He had grown accustomed to March 7th's lively presence by his side, developing a strong fondness for the pink-haired girl. Maintaining their relationship was important, so keeping things steady seemed preferable.

Even if they didn't progress further, simply preserving their current bond was quite satisfactory.

Bochang didn't want to lose March 7th either, which is why he chose to keep secrets from her.

At that moment...

Stelle gently licked Bochang's palm with her small, sweet tongue, akin to a curious kitten.

Bochang released his grip.

With wide, innocent eyes devoid of any worldly knowledge, Stelle looked at him and asked, "Why?"

"Why what?"

"I want to have your child."

Bochang, noticing how Stelle knelt before him, her peaks pressed against his chest, responded, "Why do you want to have my child? It's too early for us now."

The gray-haired girl still had much of her journey ahead.

Getting pregnant by Bochang would mean having to care for the unborn baby, wasting valuable time.

No way.

Absolutely not.

Moreover, the Stellaron Hunters wouldn't allow Bochang to impregnate Stelle either. If it happened, there's no doubt they'd come knocking on his door.

"Because...isn't it normal for couples to have children?"

Stelle gazed pleadingly at Bochang, who shook his head and explained, "While it may be normal, we have other tasks to focus on right now. Having a child would delay our journey significantly. After all, pregnancy lasts for nine months, during which you wouldn't be able to do much except stay aboard the Astral Express while March, Serval, and I go on adventures."

Upon hearing this, Stelle vigorously nodded her head.

"Then I won't have one just yet."
