Next Morning

Solly handed over Payal to Salman and other policemen.

" She spoke nothing", he said looking defeated.

" Let police do their job", Salman said consoling him and Kiara. " You concentrate on Raj's campaign."

Raj was sitting with Bhavna and party president in his office. Parry and Kenny were with him.

" We have a strong labour and red wave in nort east zone. They will completely oppose a royal ruling over them again", said Bhavna.

" Yeah traditionally we will have less votes there", said the president.

" If you see the demography of the area its mostly backward classes. They will not support Raj", said Parry.

" Couple that will Kamini's candidacy from opposition and voters will be divided over you two", said Kenny.

" Hmmm", said Raj. " We need the votes from non traditional areas. Tribal, backwards", he was in deep thought.

" Students will be swing vote", said Kenny.

" Currently Mrs. Raijyada owns this seat", said Bhavna. " She is Kamini's pet".

" She is also a shareholder in Bhishma", said Parry.

" Okay", said Raj. " Lets start with students. Find rank holders and toppers in all categories. Get them scholarships and even foreign trips to study. Get students at school level in non traditional voter area and start funding the education.".

" Good thinking", said the president.

" Strange even Ranbir's campaign started with students" , said Bhavna." You are his son after all".

" Yeah", said the president. " We are goinfg back to where it started".

Raj remained unaffected.

" Also women if we can benefit them financially and by healthcare will help us", said Bhavna.

" I will talk to Shai and Ro about this", said Raj. " Parry note it down".

" Okay".

After clearing a few points the party workers left.

Raj, Kenny and Parry came back to the south side of the palace.

Raj started a deep discussion on financial conditions with Shai.

" Kenny have a look at these designs", said Myra.

" These are excellent Myra. You depicted those traditions of this state perfectly", said Kenny.

" Thanks and before I forget aai invites you to our place", she said.

" I would love to but I am busy with all this", said Kenny.

" A couple of days won't harm beautiful ", said Raj hugging her. " Take a break. You work very hard".

" I second that", said Kiara entering the room with Solly.

" In fact I need to stay at Oberois for a few days. You take a break. If I get time we can enjoy a quick holiday", said Raj.

" Yeah her house is beautiful", said Parry. " It once belonged to a dancer. Well designed of course by Mr. Deshmukh".

" Baba is the best", said Myra proudly.

" Okay", Kenny agreed.

Going back to where it all started thought Raj.

Any clue related to Joshi was buried in Mumbai. All his investigatons pointed there.

Solly in his casual talks about Vikram with his father got the information on dream bar where he conducted a raid with the help of Vikram.

Manav was related to Riya. And daddy was sure Vicky told something to Riya.

Meeting with Agni and daddy in secret would be next. He needs to marry Kenny. He didn't trust Aditya.

The memoir gave a detailed information about a monster whom Srikant slayed with his ancestor's blessing.

Aditya slayed a monster too.

BUT VIKRAM WAS THE MASTER PLANNER. He prepared a weapon before his death. Hid it with the help of his wife.

Meanwhile

Payal didn't care in which prison she would spend her days and night. One captivity was same as the other. She was sitting in police van as it carried her to jail on the city.

SUDDENLY IT JERKED AND STOPPED. A smoke covered the area. Two masked men entered the van and subduing the havaldars took her with them. Payal did not know where she was going.

SHE WAS UNCONSCIOUS.

" Damn and condemnation ", muttered Kiara as she heard Payal escaped.

Solly was equally frustrated.

" Someti7mes I think how incapable our police is. She remained with us and we kept her under reins and now look", he said.

" She could be in danger", said Parry. " If she is not a cobra she already knows much for him to attack her".

" I agree", said Myra.

" Beautiful I think you need to take that break now. Go to Myra's place", said a worried Raj.

" Raj he will attack you again", said Kenny.

Beside he trusts Aditya in that matter. Tamas doesn't stand a chance.

He gave a copy of memoir to Kenny.

" Read it if you get time", he said.

So next morning Kenny left with Myra. Parry joined them to Myra's dismay.

" You have to tag along", she hissed.

" I can't live without you", he said dramatically.

Kenny burst into laughter.

" Take care beautiful ", Raj softly kissed her lips.

Later

" We need to talk to those damn incompetent police officers", Solly said to Kiara angrily.

" Mess, mess , mess", she screamed.

" Join me for dinner tonight", said Maddy.

" We'll have some fun".

Kiara smirked.

" You are on", she said.

" Solly", said Shai. " You need to rest too. Your dad wants us both to join him for a party. I am going and you are coming too. Fazal is in Mumbai. I invited him too".

" WHY ME", grimaced Solly.

" Listen you moron I am not putting up with your bull headed behaviour. I don't interfere in your job. At home I am the queen. Got it".

" Yes your highness", he smiled.

" Ro", whispered Raj.

" Yes Raj", he said.

" I suspect that Khurana hospitals has a mole. Your uncle and his sons. I want you to spend more time there.I may be wrong. I hope so", said Raj.

" I'll take your advice", he said.

Raj nodded.

" Listen Maddy", said Raj. " I want you to prepare a legal document and do it fast".

" About", Maddy raised a brow.

" Lifetime imprisonment ", smirked Raj.

Maddy's eyes widened.

" Congratulations Assh*le", he said as he hugged his friend and patted his back.

Raj muttered a thanks.

Payal opened her eyes at night.

She saw men surrounding her.

She heard a voice:

" Welcome Ms. Payal. I hope you understand that you are not in good position right now. Because no one knows where you are. And if you die they will blame the COBRAS".

" HIS HIGHNESS", she said sarcastically.

" A CRIMINAL THROUGH AND THROUGH".

Raj came to light looking every bit of devil that he was.

" I believe you should control your tongue girl", said Duleep.

" I am not scared of you satan. I have nothing to lose. Given a chance I will kill you", hissed Payal. " I just want to know where you are hiding that son of that serpent."

Raj smirked.

" Frustrating isn't it", he said frostily.

" I am in bondages surrounded by your men your highness. And you call yourself a man", she spat on the floor.

" OPEN HER CHAINS", Raj's said his eyes a blue fire.

" Rajeev listen", said Duleep. " She is just immature."

" On attempt on your life and you are so scared", taunted Payal.

Raj slapped her. Blood trickled from her face.

" Raj no", even Parry was concerned.

" YOU TOUCHED HER", said the devil.

" SHE COULD HAVE DIED".

Raj knew who was ruling his mind. And for once he gave Aditya a free rein.

" Speak", he said. " Who sent you"?

" MY REVENGE", said a fearless Payal.

" Just one regret your highness".

" That you got caught", said Raj. " And now will die a slow torturous death".

" You are mistaken your highness. I don't fear death", said Payal. " My regret concerns Queen of Vidhangarh ".

That earned her another slap.

" Man at least listen to her", said Duleep.

" No need Mr. Santosh", said Payal. " Power corrupts mind. And this is the one who murdered his mother.

SOLLY RESTRICTED RAJ WITH HIS BODY AND EVEN GOT HURT.

" Gag her", he said to Duleep.

Raj would have committed murder.

But Payal was in no mood to stop.

" Queen Kanupriya is an Angel", she said.

" An answer to all the prayers of people of Vidhangarh. You don't deserve a kind soul like her. And my only regret is that I hurt her".

SURPRISINGLY RAJ CALMED DOWN COMPLETELY .

" So I have heard", he said nearing her.

" My mother was in last stage of cancer. Her charity rejected her application for treatment. No chance of survival.We had no money. She sent my mother to that facility with her hard earned money where she lived her last days in peace. And its there mother recognized Dipti Joshi. After digging I got your name", she said. " I will not let you harm queen Kanupriya. I WILL LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR MY QUEEN".

Raj looked deeply in her eyes. And found that they were honest.

" Your chances to live just went up", he said.

Payal looked at him in confusion.

" So your duty calls Ms. Payal", said Solly.

" What do you want to say", she asked.

" She is in danger my Kenny ", said Raj.

" Association with me brings danger. And to defend her I need someone who is not afraid to die".

" Long story short. Joshi tried to kill his son and wife. I shielded them. I have some personal vendetta with him. I need him alive. Lets hunt the rat together. So are you in on not".

Payal gaped at him.
