Knox was up early with the intention of keeping herself busiest today I order to avoid thinking about Gerard’s wedding taking place on same day. She was thankful for escaping the morning sickness that always plagued pregnant women, she only had that rotten taste that made her wash her mouth first thing in the morning. She had stored a lot of work to keep her busy for the day and a ready excuse for not attending the wedding despite Olivia’s invitation. She had purposed to treat it as just any other day, anything at all just to keep her mind off the wedding happening that day. Unbeknownst to her that her decision would ultimately decide her fate in the place of what time she would live out her remaining days of her life.
