The brown wolf was whimpering, and tears were falling down his face. He was actively trying to get away from Ronald's sharp teeth, but he was surrounded by so many wolves from all sides. He knew there was no way out. And if he would move even an inch, Ronald would rip out his throat. Everyone looked around for the brick-coloured wolf, but Chang had already fled inside the woods.
"Where is Chang?" Ronald growled, his hot breath breathing down on the brown wolf's fur.
"I… I don't know. Please don't hurt me. I know nothing," said the brown wolf.
"Where is Chang?" repeated Ronald.
"I think… I think… he ran away. He is fast, you know," said the brown wolf, crying, his whole body trembling with fear. He thought he was going to die right that moment.
"Who are you? What is your name?" asked Phillip.
"My name is Inder, but my wolf name is Diram," said the brown wolf.
